I'm offering to buy your mission loot for Jita prices anywhere is high sec.
basically i send you spreadsheet with all loot items worth more than refine value, the prices will be updated daily.
all you have to do is type the volume for each unit, and you'll get your profit amount.
Then simply setup a contract for the same value as the spreadsheet, if everything checks out ok, i accept and you've saved yourself a haul across eve, and still made jita profit margins.
contact me if your interested or join channel "Jita Prices Anywhere" |

Be quite a hassle updating the prices for that many items everyday, unless you get something else to do it, but good luck 5 Senses In A Person... 4 Seasons In A Year... 3 Colors In A Stoplight... 2 Poles On The Earth... yeah, if all goes well i'll get a plugin made for the excel sheet to tie in with eve central, currently to reduce the load i have only included meta 3-4 which brings the amount to 300 items, eve mentat and custom cache scanning really speads up the process though.
atm, the best way to do it, would be to send the link to without prices to the customer, have them fill in the volumes then i would update the prices needed and give them a quote, at this stage you can either take it or leave it. although there isn't realy any gain not to do it. |

This actually seems like a good idea. I wonder why no one has done it before.
I'm in a backwater region and I can't sell my meta 4 loot hardly at all, let alone for Jita-like prices. Even if I waste an hour to run to Jita and back, I don't have any Trade skills to speak of so I lose a good hunk to taxes. It's more than worth a couple percent to save me the time to haul stuff to Jita. I can use that hour to run another couple missions easy.
I'll stop melting my meta 4 stuff and save up a batch for you. Seems like it'll work well for both of us. |

That's a fine example of "emergent gameplay". Very nice and constructive (and mutually profitable) initiative, *thumbs up* |

That's very region-dependent though. In my region, no one is buying much at all, certainly not a Jita prices. I could put up Sell orders, but it would probably take a long time for them to sell. Plus I still lose in taxes unless I train up those skills to minimize them.

Try setting up bulk buy orders for all mods in all regions, and tell me how many trillions of isk it ties up. |

Try convincing lazy arsed mission runners to contact you, consult a spreadsheet, and then perform math before going through the final effort of creating a contract for OP.
Better to tie up a some billions in regional orders than to base your business model on the likelihood that average carebears will use this service regularly over selling to buy orders. |

Not saying you won't get any business or make any isk, but you should realize this is going to be a tiny fraction of the volume you'd otherwise get using orders. |

Yes, but in this situation you're essentially reliant on having the special-ed children water your plant. Wether or not it grows depends on you continually finding more of them that won't **** on it instead. Personally, I think you have a novel idea exploiting their cheap labor, but practically I had to insist that paying a gardener would be a more reliable way to grow things. |

Lulz. Faggotry aside, he can potentially tap into vast stockpiles of unsold mods collected over years by carebears at once, as opposed to slowly trickling in, until someone 0.01 isks him, while his isk is taken up in buy orders.. The only problem is it may be in out of the way places, by which, I mean highsec pockets cut off by lowsec. Have fun hauling. |

i am curious, where exactly am i exploiting people ?
also you forgot the number one rule to trading.
people are lazy
plain and simple, i offer them the ability to get there loot sold at fair prices, unlike the prices they would be getting selling within there region buy orders. it also eliminates the threat of suicide ganks which would leave them with nothing, and last but not least. they don't need to haul a thing.
i fail to see the problem mate. |

Sounds like an excellent idea to me :)
I'm sure some of the friction you will get will be from traders who specialise in high meta items so I wouldn't let that put you off too much.
One thing though - some of the low volume, high meta items are good candidates for price manupulations so you might need to be a bit careful about determining your buy price for these items.
