So I'm training to get Mech 5, I've got it at about 75%. Primary Att. is Intellegence, secondary is memory. I got a +3 Int implant. I took note of how long without the implant would take, it said 1 day 9 hours 31 minutes, someodd seconds. After I plugged in the implant I looked again, and it said it would take 1 day 10 hours 15 minutes. WTF is up with that? Since when does adding Primary atts lower your training? Or is there some ******** game-mechanic that I don't know about?

Yes. The game mechanic is called 'bugged skill training system'. That is why they keep it on sisi, so they can iron out the bugs. Petition it or something, and train something else.

Exit the game, see what EVEMon says, restart game and either rejoice or petition.

EVEMON has been re-tarded for the past few weeks and doesn't show the right training times. Even after I double checked the implant calculator and everything.

its possible you originally started training the skills with 2 implants, died so it kept on training as normal, adding the new implant effectively stopped your old training which was started with 2 implants or better implants and started again with worse attributes.

either it said 1D19h or it is just a glitch and will be OK next time you relog - also check what it says via the API key or the website ..

Yup, made sure that was up to date.
I tried relogging afterwards. No change. What was said about the 2 implants, getting podded, using just one implant, is quite possible. I'm still waiting on a reply from CCP.
