Cataclysm Enterprises ? Yeah i realize the fact, that we are no well-known CAOD-entity but we were, are and will never be interested in playing thread-war. We now fight in the eveverse for ourself and our friends for about 4 and a half years, we fought from the beginning of what later should become known as "GNW". We were founding members of G and D2 and a part of the well-known Trust-Shop-Program. So we have come a long way and came across many entities, some friends and some hostiles. I think we always stood by our word and i am sure, you guys who can afford our product know that .
Reference: previous NYX-auction
It is all about trust, if u think u can t trust us, just stay away from the thread and don t bid.

we in CE see chribba as neutral and one of the most respected and trustworthiest persons of the eve-community.
and because we think thats the opinion of the majority of eve-players ( atleast of those who can afford our products and know the community ), we chose him to be the only possible 3rd party in trading with us

guys, may i remind u that this is a HEL-Auction thread and neither a "chit-chat-thread" nor a "who-is-chribba-thread".
so plz stay out of the thread if u don t want to bid or have a serious question regarding the auction.
@ Roemy Schneider: sorry, the starting bid is 25 billion and not below, this ship will definately not sell under the starting bid. ( it is not like we don t know how to use the ship ourselves )

put 4 billion on top and i ll consider it.
there is a reason why the start-price is 25 billion, because thats the price at which we might accept a buy-offer and over an offer of 29 billion we will definately sell our precious.

so if u are really interested start at 25 to have at least the chance to get it. ^^

well, there's reasons we offer only 20bil - lots of folks dump their moms because of bubbles - cyno jammers (with a heck load of HP) made production a fair bit safer and soon (no ™): - faster copying with new labs - putting the gist back into logistics |

Reputable bunch of guys with a legitimate product unlike many of the others on these forums.
Do not be fooled, there is a reason why some of these ships are being sold for 35bil and others are being sold for 25. If you think its because they are greedy you need to look over at the crime and punishment for the poor SOB who got scammed out of his isk trying to buy a cheap Nyx.
Good luck on the sale

Originally by: Roemy Schneider well, there's reasons we offer only 20bil ...
well from the producers side of view i can tell u that the production of such a beast from a bpc nearly costs 20 bil, the costs of several capital component bpc/bpo and the production infrastructure itself not taken into account.
but anyway, thats no price discussion-thread.
START BID IS 25 BILLION
ps: plz don t make silly ingame bo-offers, just bid here or make serious BO-offers ingame

well... it's more like bargaining rather than discussing a price. sure you could try 5 auctions before we agree on 20bil or we could have it now - it's in your interest ^^
bpcs currently go for no more than 4bil (and will drop below 3bil with those new labs) and construction is about 11.something bil in minerals (if you're paying empire prices so i'd say well below 10bil) i find 5-6bil sufficient for paying off a capital assembly array (which can still be sold afterwards) and the 22 freighter tours.
so, if you chose to go for that profit and demiu...thingy retracts his 21bil, let me know - putting the gist back into logistics |

I think you forget that you need to build it in a system that has system sovereignty, which required a lot of work, defense of the system from the mom being destroyed under construction, and that those minerals require more then 22 trips to/from the pos..

I believe there is still a bug with the capital assembly/maint arrays were they cannot be unanchored after use.

Let's start ripping you and you're lame flame/troll one by one
1) contruction costs for a HEL at current JITA mineral prices are about 14 bil BEFORE any losses due to compression/decompression - if you assume a 5% loss due to odds and ends (componet BPO waste and refine tax/innefficiency of outposts) then we can say its ABOUT 15b. Getting minerals to deep lo sec is a HUGE effort - lets see ya freighter up 10 freighetrs of low end minerals and see how many make it.
2) BPC is about 4 bil - makes had costs about 18 - 19b
3)POS costs are about 250m for fuel (maybe more) and the cost of the POS itself would be about 4b - with the very real potential of loss of POS and the ship in the oven.
4) once parts are completed its ATLEAST 27 freighter loads from wherever parts are to the building POS. This is mindnumbing time sink to say the least.
5) Wait nearly 4 weeks - and hope no one decides your $25 billion target is worth blowing up.
Now since you have invested 18 - 20 billion for the ship and 5 billion for the POS and you have RISKED it all - you'd expect to make a higher % return on this then other capitals. Carriers have a 40% mark up based on raw mineral cost (they cost about 600 - 650 to build and sell for 850 - 900) and theres no risk in building. So on a mothership which is much more risky it'd stand to reason that reward is commeserate with teh risk and less then 40% you should build carriers rather then take the extra effort to bother with a mothership.
Since you seem to have life scoped out and you are fine with selling motherships for 20 billion - I'd like to order a few. If you are building them... then shut the f.u.c.*. up and put your spreadsheet away and get you hand off your johnson.
