I'm primarily a cepter pilot, but training for science and industry skills atm.
My learning skills are good if you want to train science or Industry skills, but if you want combat, you need to work more on the learning skills.
I have 4.4Mil in skill points.
I have 3+ learning implants for all attributes except charisma and 3 jumpclones.
I would make a good starter character.
Attributes with 3+ implants:
Intelligence 22
Perception 24
Willpower 20
Memory 19
Charisma 3 no implant.
Skills
I have fair standings with Caldari Navy and some standings with Ishukone Corp.
Starting bid is 600Mil isk.
Buyout is 1.5Bil Isk
No sniper rules.
Auction will finish on the 30th August or if sooner due to buyout.
