i wanted to buy some codes on shattered crystal
i'm a new user so they want to call me on the phone, ok
but then they say me that when they try to call me they get an automated message in italian, and they don't understand it
note: i gave 'em my mobile phone number and my 'regular' phone number, but they are not able to call me on both!!
they told me that they don't know what to do
happened to anyone else? how could i do to solve this problem?

I used shattered crystal but i didnt get this problem. They just asked me for nearby roads to my house so they could check that I lived where i said i did. It was quite easy actually... Try emailing them

to what i understood they will refund me as soon as i will say them to do it
but i need those codes, and i cannot believe that there is no way to solve this situation
how can it be possible that they are not able to call me?

To be brutally honest, it sounds as if the problem is on your end. If they're trying to call and only getting a recording, what can they do? It doesn't matter that the recording is in Italian, they must speak with a real person. Fraud is rampant with regard to credit cards, and this is a method they have employed to be as certain as possible that fraud is not occurring. The bottom line is that it's on you to get them a functioning phone number. Failing that, you can attempt to make the purchase from one of the other vendors provided by CCP. Failing that, you could get a VERY trusted friend to do it for you, but ONLY a VERY trusted friend. 'fraid that's all the advice anyone can give you.

but i have no problem receiving international calls
i don't know what this automated message is
they are the only international service that cannot phone me..........

I have used them on numerous occasions. I live in South Africa.
Make sure that you have supplied them with your exact number. This included your international dialing code ie. If you were calling your phone from another country, what number would you dial.

Use shop.battleclinic.com. They are much friendlier than ShatteredCrystal. Cheaper too. None of the stupid phone calls, name a street, and emailing letter & passport shenanigans either.
Seriously, where else on the web have you ever had to email someone your passport? Ridiculous.
