hello,
I'm trying to reactivate an old account, last active about a month ago (free reactivation thing), but there doesnt seem to be a "reactivate account" option anywhere in "my account", I think it used to be in "subscription details", but there's no option there.
in "subscription details" I have options to:
Credit card details
Change Payment Method
Update Subscription Interval
but none of these allow me to actually reactivate the account, despite being able to add new credit card info, and update the sub interval.
seems other's have had the same problem here, although I didnt want to bump the old thread.
anyone else have the same problem, or perhaps have a workaround?
(it's not this account, I made this trial account just to post this  seems there is an option to make this trial account a proper account, but that's no good for me!)
ooh, and I've made a petition, but thought I'd come see if anyone else had this problem and fixed it.

is a strange problem though... wonder if it's because of the free reactivation that I used a while back? as I've had gaps in my payment and successfully reactivated prior to that.

Got it fixed finally. Just give it some days they will fix it for you when they get to your petition.
