I stoped doing my res agents mission. Becouse of that i stoped getn mission mails. The GM said it was suposed to be that way, the mission stays until you complete it. BUT will i get a mail if i win a bp in the lottery?

I heard you won't get that mail...only the mail 7 days later when he withdraws his offer 
This is not confirmed, but I heard it somewhere. So for being on the safe side, make sure you visit your agent at least every 7 days so you don't miss a offer.
(In local conversation he will make the BP offer even if he failed to send the mail)

When you stop doing missions, you will not get anymore missions (since there is already one being offered to you). No need to visit him once in 7 days orso.
And if you win a bp he will just evemail you.

Hero, if you go to him and perform a mission it should re-instate the Emails. That's how I've always found it, and I don't do his missions for a day or 2 sometimes; it depends on where I am.
As to whether they stop giving missions after 7 days I have no idea.

The mail system is broken (though not for everyone).
E.g. --> I was doing 2 missions per 24hrs for my R&D agent (as if that wasn't bad enough :p) and suddenly the mails stopped coming.
So, thinking I was suffering the same don't-get-the-mail bug as everyone else, I went to see what was up.
Sure enough, there was a mission waiting for me... so I did it lickedy-split and everything seemed fine... re-clicking on her showed only the "...research elsewhere..." option...
So I warped back to my base of ops, and got there to receive a mail telling me that she was SOOOO displeased with me for making her wait...?!?!
Anyway, I'm not concerned, approaching 6k RP in a field that's near guaranteed to yeild nothing... :p

I know that the mission mails will come back if i do a mission/refuse/fail BUT i hear rumors that you will not get a mail telling you if you got a bp, if you have stoped doing your missions. I really would appreciate a gm answer to this.

I would also like to know if I get a mail telling me if I have gotten a BP after I have stopped doing missions for my agent or if the mail system is locked due to me not doing missions... |

I stopped doing missions for my R&d agent and several days later got an eve-mail from her offering me a adaptive nanoplating II bp. So the answer to your question is yes you will get one from him/her if you stop doing missions. Cant say that this happens for everyone but it did for me.
