Its located in safe space
It has the exact same stats as the concord cloak BUT needs only cloaking level 1 compared to concord needing level 5.
Price is 700 mil, I may go lower with a fair offer.

Concord is going for 500+ atm
Mine needs just cloaking lvl 1 compared to concords level 5
And as I said I take offers, throw me a offer via convo or evemail, I dont bite... who knows I may say yes :D

Hehe yes that is way overpriced. The thing with the CONCORD cloak is that a) I have found it doesn't sell at that price  and b) the only reason it was that price is because it is supposed to be extremely rare (however quite a few have been showing their faces of late).

Heh, shouldnt it be more 200~300M like? If that wasnt already for Estamel's.
And what Kua said, CONCORD is very rare till lately (wtf's happening lol), so that would make the price drop on the CONCORD one.

I have thought about it, and have to agree. I am basing the price off concord cloaks but the fact that they are not selling should have significance on my price.
I have lowered the price from 700 to 500 mil.
Please remember I take offers to so the 500 mil isn't in stone.
