Semen contains a lot of protein, try that. You'll need some people to help, though. But hey, you can burn calories AND earn money while getting lunch.
Alternatively, just diet properly. |

I lost a ****-ton doing this program. It's a bit expensive, but works. If EvE WiS is Space Barbie, then I'm built like a Ken Doll:

Go with Slim-Fast chocolate shakes (the other flavours taste like crap so don't even bother with them). Dominique Vasilkovsky Mashie Saldana Monica Foulkes |

[Edit: damn forum didn't like my link to the book, so you'll have to search Amazon yourself for it]
Get a book called The Formula: A Personalized 40-30-30 Fat-Burning Nutrition Program, it has a ton of great meal replacement protein shake recipes. Here's one I use for breakfasts (almost like the one in the book with a bit more milk and peanut butter thrown in for taste):
1 and a 1/4 cup of 2% milk 1 heaping tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter 1 medium banana 25gm protein powder (neutral flavored)
Blend and drink. Yummmmmmm. "The world as we know it came about through an anomaly (anomou)" (The Gospel of Philip, 1-5)-á |

i suggest a low carb diet high fat.. forget the shakes and crap. eat only whole fruits, veggies and try to get meat that isn't super processed or injected with hormones. simple carbs found in bread, sugar, and some fruits/potatoes spike your blood sugar, and then your body makes lots of insulin. insulin tells your body to store fat in your fat cells. in higher amounts insulin also tells your body to turn blood sugar into fat cells and then stores that as well.
therefore cut the sugar/carbs = lose weight because your body can burn what you eat. also, personally i find eating fatty foods very filling so you end up eating less in general. sorry this isn't what you asked, but i felt it needed to be said, good luck! |

If you're serious about losing weight and are as lazy as I am then I recomend Lighter Life, or whatever the version of it is in your country. I lost on avarage 7lb a week on that.
It's not really a protien shake though, more of a "Vital Nutrition" shake. |

Decent protein shakes would be the CNP pro range imo The CNP Pro Peptide range is what your looking for
Per 3 scoops (65g) Calories 230 Proteins 45g Carbohydrates 6g Dietary Fibre 3g Sugars 3g Total Fat 3g Saturated fat 1g Cholesterol 45mg Sodium 350mg Potassium 350mg
You need a mix blend of protein with very little carbs in it. This will slow release the protein into your body over 3 hours or so keeping you feeling fuller rather than a whey protein which is basically a quick release protein thats good for after training.
Hope that helps |

They're trying to be real capsuleers and not eat solid food while flying their ship.
I think they have a little egg shaped cell that they fill with the protein shake and swim around in with an air pipe too.

After trying a variety of different ones over the years, I've come up with a shortlist of my favourites :)
1) A simple shake with what you are looking for, tastes great and can be mixed with either water or milk ON Gold Standard Whey
It's cheap and does the trick, whether you are training or just looking for a meal replacement (assuming this won't be all you guzzle down, you still need a varied diet. Can't just live off shakes :P). I usually like to use this one during the day before training (ie when I'm at uni) and one of the ones below for my post-workout shake.
2) For a more complex variant with some added bits and bobs (read the label) Maximsucle Promax Extreme
The cons of this one is that its expensive and should be used while actively training, so might not be the one you want
3) Maximuscle Cyclone Maximuscle Cyclone
Again it's expensive, but has more creatine mixed in with the protein. Same applies as 2)
Tip 1: For a 'snack' your best bet is to mix it with milk, since it will release the protein more slowly unlike water which gets absorbed more rapidly. For more nom nom noms get a blender. Add milk, the powder, banana, strawberries, whatever floats your boat. It makes the shake so much more enjoyable and packed with vitamins to boot. Can't go wrong really :)
Tip 2: If you want to lose weight/burn fat more effectively, eat your normal meal BEFORE training (+-2hrs before, obviously) and use a shake AFTER training. A yoghurt before bed is good aswell.
Gl with your selection The only thing I fear, is running out of beer ! |

Buy straight up whey protien and make your own. It's far less expensive. Plus you can put the whey in oatmeal, creame of wheat, soups, etc etc. Protien factory is where I get mine, I am sure there are other places. |

I tried it an yes, It is possible t lose weight on a steak diet. That is pure protein, but make sure they are lean cuts as there is the chance of elevated cholestrol. Do it for a short period of time to be safe. GÿàGÿàGÿàCargo Pilots Unite!!!GÿàGÿàGÿà https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=668132&#post668132 |

FALSE!
Check this, the nutritional value of it is subpar.

You could try a vegetarian diet. Most of the non-meat protein sources are a lot healthier than eating meat with your lunch every day, and you'd still get to eat solid food. Seitan, tofu, many types of beans, including garbanzo beans, and most nuts, including peanuts, are all excellent sources of protein.
The fact of the matter is that human beings evolved under conditions where they'd get meat a few times a week, but not with every single meal. A diet that has meat in every single meal is unhealthy. If you cut down on your animal proteins and eat more vegetable proteins, you automatically make your diet more healthy without having to give up solid food.
Vegetable protein is essentially what they put in those protein drinks. |

Keep taking a protein shake after you work out. Don't replace an entire meal with just a protein shake.
If you find yourself having difficulties losing weight with just exercise, a decent diet (balanced meals), and the protein shake after work outs, then let me give you a tip on working out that a lot of people tend to miss.
You have to push yourself to the point where it hurts
Granted, if you have a medical condition, this isn't advisable, but it is the best way to get results, and get in good shape.
Also, something I forgot to mention, not losing weight doesn't always mean not losing fat. If I end up going to the weight room for 4 months or so, I'll stay the exact same weight. However, I'll drop a couple inches off of my waist at the same time. Muscle can balance out the fat. |

Have used My Protein MRP's linky in the past to good effect combined with low impact cardio (arthritic knees so rather limited on what i can do) and weights.
Although saying this you are best off on a decent balanced diet with regular exercise, supplements on their own can only do so much. |
