They can write their own statement and when they do this thread will probably die, its more of a stopgap thread for people who have no idea whats going on to get details and information about what occurred.

Actually, the 2nd oldest Nyx. However clearly the most famous one.
I ve no idea who currently posseses the oldest one which was built in EC-P8R and is only a few days older or so, but i think that didnt die yet.
That said, kudos to EST for how they always used Hera. While not knowing how she died, i am sure it was a good death :)

Nope.
Hera was financed by EST and produced by EST & TBB in Geminate (in BWF i think). At the beginning of april 2006.
The 1st Nyx (launched by TRUST, from an OE yard) was finished in EC on the 31st march 2006.
It was sold, but its original owner sold it again some months later. I m just not sure to who ;P

When you use your ship in PVP all the time, you can lose it. EST has never hidden it from battle, so its not surprising it eventually bit the dust.
X.I.X. seem to pretty accomplished MS killers. That's the second one they've been on.
