Word went around that they were on a logistics run with Ethereal Dawn, however ED and EST diplomats failed to notify their regional neighbors of this friendship through the usual diplomatic channels. We were highly suspect of such activity in light of the fact that EST are known pirates. X.I.X. operates on strict NBSI policy and my pilots are instructed to ignore standings communications in local and in character bios as our experience with LV and V and our other enemies has taught us this is usually a bluff. EST were spoted today again by OMNYX on another freiter run. There were 9 freiters with a small escort. A scout was quickly dispatched to tail them and to plot their likely course. In the mean time MC Leech, one of our fleet commanders, gave the command to assemble our fleet. In all X.I.X. could only bring 14 pilots at this time, MC Leech knew this and made the desision to involve RA in this. While we gathered our fleet our interdictor was dispatched to set himself up in the path of the convoy. As soon as the convoy jumped out of 4LJ6-Q into SAH-AD the dictor dropped his bubble. As soon as our interdictor confirmed that the freiters were inside the bubble our gang jumped in from EX-GBT and was given the command to meet EST at the bubble. As soon as MC Leech came out of warp he saw that EST had a cyno field open and the mothership in his overview. He instantly droped his own cyno field and instructed our capitals to jump though. Only half of our capital fleet was able to get in before the Rokh popped, fortunately RA was able to open a back-up cyno and the rest of the fleet jumped through. By this time EST had their own capital fleet support along with the mothership and a heavy battle ensued. It is unclear whether RA's titan made it through the first cyno or through a second attempt. In all EST lost their mothership, 3 carriers, a couple of freiters and 2 battleships. X.I.X. losses: 1 Rokh, 1 Interdictor (mabe 2), and 1 Tempest. This operation was not as meticulously planned as our previous mothership kill. Our FC acted on a hunch that the freiter support included a capital fleet and he made the right desition. Good fight EST.

Congrats anyway, EST gonna get a replacement? - (combat) Patch belonging to CCP hits your drones, wrecking their liberty and freedom.

Our first loss was MC Leech's Rokh that acted as a cyno opener. He knew that there was a cap fleet in tow, that is why we had our own and RA's cap fleet assembled to jump in at moment's notice.
