Including the changes to the Khanid, Nosferatu , Rorqual, as well as all the powergrid and CPU balancing as well as the sig increase of cap ships here are the key points*:
-Mining crystals are now inventible and the Tech II symbol is now displaying correctly on the Tech II variant icons.
--Lots of people have asked for them to be inventible and even more newbies.
-Invention of Tech 2 Mining Laser Upgrade and Ice Harvester Upgrades is now possible.
--It has been broken forever, rejoice and pray to your deity Chribba.
-Asteroids are now easier to target. You can now click anywhere on the asteroid to select it instead of needing to click its center.
--More miner love.
-The volume of the warp sound has been lowered!
--Try turning your sound on again!
-Minmatar corporations now have access to missing factional Carbonized Lead and Depleted Uranium ammunition.
--Soon to be a favorite among the projectile using population.
--Remember that the compression BPO's will require no research because of a wastage factor of 0.
--There is a lot of love for non pvp in these patch notes but remember that pvp usually gets all the love and the next patch notes will be that much more pvp focused.

Wonder why ppl need that badly to invent them. They are barely worth producing from BPO and invention will bump costs to 0,5-1mil a piece...

I do hope so, maybe ill have a reason to use my 7 (or 8... dont remember now) mining crystal BPOs... Atm they gather dust as i have more profitable thingys to build :)
