Hi I just upgraded to a members subscription account and I still cant learn the skills with green check marks...  any ideas?

If you don't have the skillbook, buy it from the market.

Do you mean the green check marks when viewing the market? If so that means you already have the skill trained.

Doesn't that mean you have the skills there is need to learn it?
While a book with no background color means you have learned the skill?
So..
Red = Can't learn it
Green = You can learn it (You need the book first though)
No color = You have skill learned.
Or am I missing something here?

For items on the market:
- Red background behind skill book means that you do not have the required skills
- Green background behind the skill book means that you do have the required skills
For skill requirements in the show info window
- Red X means that you do not have the required skill
- Yellow circle means that you have the required skill, but have not trained it to the required level
- Green check means that you have the requires skill and it is trained to the proper level

Nope. They changed this in one of the patches recently. It now displays a green check mark.
