The fee is extortion, plain and simple. Make it the price a single 800 cap booster, I'll maybe consider it. Also, don't forget that this theft happened before I had any connection with EMP.
Already not motivated to pay the fee they ask, my PVPers were bored and are enjoying this war. I'm happy to let it run its course.
My interaction only began on this board, when our enemy started attacking me personally. Knowing how the forum vultures always side with whoever starts the smack talk, I wanted to make my personal stance known, and that of my alliance.

Everyone needs to just shut up. This thread at this point is the opposite of intelligent. Both parties involved here are spewing forth such utter crap it's hilarious. So, I guess in the spirit of humor...carry on so my work day can be amused by the stupidity of this thread.
Seriously though...TRAPS has it right...loot theft aside...they DO NOT need a reason to war dec anyone let alone EMP. So, any arguments in that regard are completely irrelevant. The smack talk and constant defense on both sides of this is making everyone look like fools. Just shut up. Let your fighting do the talking and quit with the useless forum fighting that's just making you all look like 5 year olds. If any of you think that this is casting a positive light on your corporation, alliance, or members...you're very poorly mistaken. I seriously doubt anyone is reading this thread thinking highly of either side of the argument. And Tiger...you're an Alliance executor...why oh why would you even bother posting here in the ways that you have? It's weak and poor leadership(from both parties). Just shut up and put up.

Oooh I know EMP.They tried exactly the same to my old corp Dichotomy. Smack talking, piracy and theft and then cried their backsides off when we dec'ed them shortly followed by them joining Rougue Method Alliance. Shame we dident have the funds to carry on the alliance dec

CRMSN stands at 500 members, not 1000. The 1000 man alliance that is at war with TRAPS, is a second alliance named Ooh Shiney, and I do not speak for them. Try getting things straight before making suggestions on issues to which you have no business, nor clue.
As a second matter, we are not hiding, nor will we surrender. I do not consider any action I've taken with regards to EMP to be a mistake either. We are fighting these guys when they give us the chance. This war is still young, there's plenty of room for the result to shift a little.

My apologies, Tiger. You are correct, I was mistaken on who had the numbers. A 500 man alliance has much less of a chance against a small roving gang of war targets than a 1000 man alliance.
Pay the man. Hell, I'm anti-pirate, and even I can see the writing on the wall. Get it over with and you will make it back in a day or two of hardcore mining.
This post isn't even intended as a flame, though I'm afraid you might take it that way anyway.

This was a 180 man corp, which after a few days of war is now down to under 100 people. They are a prime example of **** poor management and lack of discretion when recruiting. As usual, they ran, hid quit corp, smack talked and now joined an alliance and also had another alliance dec us for good measure. It just reflects on the character of its founder and the current CEO imho

I was in a corp that was at war with EMP.
I left this corp because of an internal argument that had nothing to do with any invovled wars.
To my knowledge 5 dreads plus support turned up and put the EMP pos into reinforced mode.
Why was the pos not finished off the following day?

I am not sure. I really wasn't interested in the POS popping, but a few corpmates wanted it down so our friends in REPO offered to help. I believe they had 2 POS's, and subsequently took one down. REPO/TRAPS put it into reinforced but weren't able to follow through on its demise.
Though some good news is their alliance has shown the first signs of *****ing.

The war between Lonely Maple Prospecting Group and The Really Awesome Players is coming to an end. Lonely Maple Prospecting Group has surrendered to The Really Awesome Players. The war will be declared as being over after approximately 24 hours.
One corp is out. More will follow or I'm thinking they all will retreat to their 0.0 space to let the people with sovereignty fight the battles for them. Kind of like EMP did with them.
EMP players have been non-existent from our killboard this week strangely. Though the rest of the alliance seems quite active and more than happy to mine in their easily destroyed Hulks. I even caught one guys mining Osprey AFK at a gate this morning. 3 of the best named cargo expanders was his gift to me.
Sad to say though their alliance constantly smack talks after every loss. We probed a guys Incurus out who was AFK and flying 2k m/s in a random direction. I got my Inty and snagged him. He sat and trash talked the kill in local. Then convo'd me to ask my strategy. WTF? Another pilot just lost his Myrm and he said that they're asking my corp for 1 vs 1's and we're declining them and refusing to engage in "fair" fights.
These guys are a barrel of laughs. I can't wait to post my story on Eve-Pirate.com. Be sure to look for it in the coming weeks.

I have to say its rather dissapointing the pos was not popped considering the OP's premature claim that the pos was indeed going to be coming down.
Right now I really have no reason to want it down or up, but if your gunna make threats on forums 'Miss Fitz' and friends, it would be good to follow through with those threats or risk looking stupid to your enemies and future potential targets.
That said I have no love for EMP or their new alliance buddies. Personally i think the CEO of EMP's new alliance has shown just how much of a tard someone can be on the forums. Nothing personal 'tigerwhoeveryouare', your posts reflect this as fact not fiction.

Keep in mind Miss Fitz has nothing to do with TRAPS. We never made such a claim/boast. We especially wouldn't post it here or anywhere advertising it.
Personally, I think it was one of their alts to entrap people into stopping by or something.
I was kinda bummed it wasn't completely blown up, but oh well. There's always tomorrow.
