There were 3 members of my corp (Contras).
2 have run missions and were included in the composition of the faction standing towards amarr empire.
The CEO has a faction standing of 9.9
I have a standing of 1.41
Together the composition equals 5.655
The 3rd member has never run a mission and is not included even in the composition listed.
I have left the corp in order to allow standings to increase. In 3 days the standing has increased .02!!!???
I have left once previously in order to raise standings & anchor a POS in a 0.7 and standings rose very quickly (approx .75 per downtime).
Has CCP changed something? Is this a bug? Does anyone know of a work around?
We have petitioned, however as all petitions go, it will take ages longer than we'd like an answer, as well as odds that someone that seemingly doesn't understand the problem or speak the language will respond. Someone please help.

Is there a difference between a storyline mission and an important mission?
Or will either of them due?

well it doesnt nessecarily need to be the ceo just who ever it is has the faction standing. and yes they need to do a storyline mission to start the standings change.
and i think important mission is the same as storyline altho tbh ive never heard them refered to as important missions

Edited by: James Lister on 26/08/2007 23:19:39 Important mission was the old-sk00l equivalent which raised faction standing.
While we are on the subject, can anyone say if once a storyline mission is done, will it average the standing between all members with a non-zero standing, or will it ignore those members who have not done any storyline missions? In other words, if someone is inactive in the mission scene since joining a corporation can they effectively be ignored? |

If they have no standings, their standing will be ignored. I believe that a storyline has to be done to start standings rolling.
However, there is a caching bug with the display of corp standings. Try checking standings with an unassociated alt. Or ask some random person to tell you what your standings are. I remember logging in my lab rat alt every day when our corp was getting ready to set one up, to check if we were there yet. -------------------------------------------------- ICE Blueprint Sales FIRST!! -Yipsilanti Pfft.
