Has there been any word about the billing situation? I've been trying to upgrade my account for over a week now, with no luck. I've done the cookie/browswer thing but it didn't do any good. I have petitioned in game, more than once, but still no answer. I dont get it, I'm trying to give them money...

I don't know of any problems, but if you're having problems paying with credit card then it might be a good solution to buy a gametime card instead. http://www.shatteredcrystal.com/ sells them i believe.

I think I may try that next. I just don't understand why the credit card and debit card choices don't work for me. Both cards work fine everywhere else. Ahh well. I will try the time card. Thank you!

That part of the website no longer seems to work for many people.
and some Browser work better then others on the site.
I say for you to use paybycash it seems to work better then the other 3 ways.
And turn off your pop up blocker it stops the paybycash site from popping up.
Debit card and check did not work for me and the time card thing did not work too.
so good luck ..
and a number of people all told me one thing use FireFox for a browser.

Billing section works fine for me oddly enough. I'd likely point out that its probably a case-by-case issue. Then again, with people complaining about it in droves, it could be related to the website.
BTW, I now use GTC's and I havent had trouble yet.

What game time card store did you use ?
I did try and the GTC site did not work do to the pop up codes.

The credit card worked for me, but it billed me twice and generated a fraud alert on my account.. Nice and fun. I've sent a petition about it, but no response so far. Anyone know if there is a billing PHONE number? I need to get this resolved.
