With the Invul it has a solid 50%+ resists across the board. With a web it has more control over the fight. Does it come down to personal preference?
Also, what should I slam in the last high slot?
Thanks! |

You pretty much need a web to avoid dying in an embarrassing manner to the first frigate you encounter.
Even with a web you should fit a small neut. T2 rigs are a big no.
Edit: I'll wager a guess and assume you'll be flying this in lowsec. In that case, your best bet to surprise people is probably to fly without a propulsion mod. |

Whoops, those t2 rigs were a misclick. |

What about with brawling? Anything under 10km within the scram and web range negating speed. Im not too familiar with other cruisers. What kind of dps/ehp do others get? |

Why brawl, when you can kite.
Unlike rats, ppl won't come over so you can shoot them. They'd rather kite you until you pop. Oh, and ppl = Winmatar. |

Dear Goose,
Thanks for reminding us that you like Minmatar. I'd almost forgotten. I think you should keep telling people that Minmatar are the best because sometimes it takes a few posts to sink in and people get distracted by the other races in the game. Even if it does start to register with the general Eve community and Hurricanes become popular all of a sudden you should keep it up because the best comedy is people shouting the same catchphrase over and over
Fly safe (or Minmatar!) o7 |

What do you mean by become popular?
They are the second most popular Battlecruiser all ready. They held number one for a while before the Tornado came in and took over most of their Whelp Role. |

To answer your quesiton: nothing that it can kill will come into scram range of a bloa. You're reliant on stupid pilots or fail fits to win fights. If you like the style points of flying something less than fotm, cool, but don't expect it to be some kind of secret under-appreciated goodship. It's slow as balls dragging on cold molasses. |

I tend to use an Invuln. It actually works surprisingly well. You can certainly survive long enough for one binger, but the second one is just gonna mess your day up. :)

Yes, as in Harbinger. To be fair I could have survived the second binger if my bros on vent had told me they all bailed after the first one died. But nnnooooo, I was going in for the point!

We also popped a Tempest, Sleipnir, and Myrm. The important bit was that the invuln let me land the initial tackle 65au from help. It also let me survive until we popped the first one... and a fair ways into the second really. A web wouldn't have let me do that.
