Nope, they're still horrible ships.
Yep, I'm still flying one.
Can either put 2 ABs in the mid slots and 3 ODs in the lows and get 4500 capacity and speeds cloe to 500 m/s, or put cargo expanders to get the cargo to around 11.5k (I don't have top of the line expanders) and still go above 200 m/s.
But the ship is still horrible. Can't wait till I go on holiday as that's when I put the Gallente Industrial level 5 on to train 
Edit: Both ship and BP are for sale in the Essence region, Vacuole.

ghe ghe yeah Iteron mark V is surely worth it
but why dont u just fly a mammoth :)

Ship training takes a while for me.
I'd rather invest the time in getting an Iteron V - just something I always planned on doing. I already did some of the training a while back.

1x Micro Auxiliary Powercore
1x Cap Recharger
1x Partial Hull Conversion Nanofiber
Speed is 475 or so and I can easily sustain it to the gate and not be out of cap for next warp.
I like the ship.

Good to see people stick to their race's ships while there area obvious alternatives :)
I always felt something was wrong with everyone in Bestowers :)

Short of a 5, i definately think its the best Gallente hauler, Caps awful (Relative to the 3), but its fast and big, which are probably the 2 main things in a hauler, I use a Nanofiber 1 and 2 Partial hull Expanders, just shy of 10km3, and then 2x10mn ABs and 2xSmall sheild boosters, tops about 350m/s, but can carry 3xGiant secures, I even ninja mined Bistot with it before Castor.
Curiously, i've only bought 1, its been a very lucky ship, in that i've been targetted by many a Cruiser in it :p
It'll get blown up tomorrow now...

Hehe the last 2 ships that got a lock on me:
1 mill bounty megathron
250k bounty Dominix
both at same time. I still wonder why i did get out alive. 1st hit nearly killed me and from then on they seemed to miss or my guardian angel was very busy.
It's a fast hauler but honestly: For level 4 it sucks. People only use it on their way to iteron V.

I have one as a backup for the Mark V.
Loaded as follows:
High: Small Gravitron Smartbomb
Medium: (3) 1MN MWD, (1) Catalyst Cold Arc Jet
Low: (1) Beta Expander (2) Alpha Expanders
I do 520 Meters/s and haul 11709 cargo.
Defintely not a bad ship.

Do you even have enough cap left to use all those mwd's.
I tried 6 on a badger 2 once and I had 97 cap left, only one piece of pie worth.
