IT'S AN OBSESSION!!
I'm hooked. My trial period was close to over and I just couldn't bear the thought of never again hearing Aura's sweet voice or being bound to the dirt of a single world.
So, I did it. I didn't even bother with Time cards, I went straight for the Subscription. I am truly lost.

Don't worry. After a few weeks or months, the hype will go down. You'll still like Eve, but you won't be obsessed with it like you are now.

Obsession is good... just dont forget about your real life... IMHO i hope the hype doesnt die down for you.

Just don't get too obsessed with it and start confusing it with reality ;)
Sometimes when people play too long they start wanting to make EVE more like real life - complain that Concord allows wars in empire while if it is a police force it shouldn't, get carried over and start smacktalking their opponents in local, say that piracy is immoral because it is like murder in real life, etc. EVE can have this kind of effect on avid players. Take a break if you start feeling worn out or way too involved that your real life gets affected.

What you need sir is a girlfriend. As do I actually, but then again, I'm not that opsessed with EVE as you are. Just kidding, enjoy EVE as much as ou can, just don't take it too far

QFT. Sometimes a female diversion improves EVE quality of life. Bear in mind that you dont make Aura a potenial rival, so your girl doesnt get jealous.
