i realise that, just didn't want to set off on my travels to find they are seeded in empire that's all. Its CCP we are talking about remember they have done stranger things like give Caldari rails to invent......

Or you could use a cap ship to jump it, that would be much safer imo.

so.... how will this be seeded?
will it just pop up in someones hangar? or do we pop a nice rat to get it?

It would be awesome if someone would get the idea to put few large bubbles on every station in outer ring for a month

Or, you could propably buy it in Jita from any of the merchants that have been so nice to bring said bpos to jita for sale...
