Here are some figures on this particular bpo since people are asking. Calculations are using Jita mineral prices, assumes you make your own components, assumes POS production, and a selling price of 72m. You could increase the calculation with mineral buy orders, selling the ships in out of the way areas, and a manufacturing implant. All in all I think the calculations are pretty fair.
Build cost per 1 unit: 23,727,926.23 ISK
Selling price: 72,000,000 ISK
Manufacturing time per run: 22h 40m
Runs per year: 386
Profit per year: 18,655,736,743.49 ISK
Time to pay for BPO @ 30b reserve: 587d 10h 40m

Basically most BPOs generally fly for there 12month profit forecast, namely 18billion in this case. Some often drop to between 6-12months due to invention.
