It would seem that I can't cancel my subscription to Vanguard. I went onto station to cancel my account. I logged in and clicked 'cancel subscription'. I am then presented with a secret question that I never set up. It asks me what colour my eyes are (I would never be stupid enough to pick such an obvious question, I always go for a better one). Anyway, I type in the colour of my eyes and the website rejects the answer.
I click on the 'I forgot my answer' link and the site then tells me to phone an American number to undo the secret question...I live in Britain, no way am I going to phone that number.
So um...help?

Have you tried spamming it with every eye colour you can think of? That might work...

let ur bank deny any access to this service. its ur money and they have no rights to keeping u paying. if someone tries to get my hard earned money for no reason this makes me wanna shovel their faces.

TBH, ^^^ best solution. Pop in to your bank and tell them to discontinue the direct debit. Doesn't matter what SOE want to do, they can't take money that your bank wont give them.

Yeah, I'm going to the bank tomorrow to cut those SOE feckers dry. And no, the blank answer didn't work but thanks anyway.
