I have been playing around with a few setups for lvl 4s. Note that I run two ships. One fit for max tank and the other fit for damage. The Sac will be for tanking.

The tank seems to be ok but not something you want to get full room agro with. The damage is not so good. I must say I am impressed how well it tanks for a cruiser but the armor buffer isn't that big if things go bad. It is a beast in lvl 3s.

I'd swap the EANM's for type specific hards if you're missioning. Other than that it looks fine.

I agree but I tend to be lazy and don't often. Cap wise active hards will run with no problem.

A drake will do more dps at 20k+ while tanking better and being a LOT cheaper.

are you using javelin hams? i personally will be fitting launcher rigs that increase missile speed so I can get additional range.

Yes it will and I use one as well. I am just using the Sac for some missions just to mix things up.

I only use tech 1 ammo for missions. Again one of those habit things. It also helps I have mountains of ammo I use.

i've been using heavy launchers, instead of heavy assaults, since most of the rats i've engaged tend to keep thier range.
however.. the ship got a huge speed boost... can go almost 700 m/s with a 10mn AB II.

That is part of what makes it fun. Most missile boats you just snipe in. With the Sac you need to get up close and mix it up. Sure you can do that with any missile boat but as you pointed out the Sac has the speed to make it fun. I am rather liking the idea of a armor tanked missile boat. You also can't go wrong with a sexy black ship.

Auxiliary Nano Pump I Auxiliary Nano Pump I Thermal Armor Rig I (Dont remember the correct name)
This wil provide a more comprehensive tank and plug that thermal hole permanently while freeing up a low slot allowing you to then concentrate on the specific dmg types. End result will be a much stronger tank. ______________________________________________

Well.. I actually got this ship for COSMOS hacking complexes, and I must say, while not the most uber damage, the tank on it is very good (even have 1 BCU =p).. not too mention I can perma-run my AB, MAR II, and Codebreaker (I do use a medium NOS on an NPC cruiser).
But unfortunately, I cant really run to the rats and such for my damage, since I'm running to the hacking containers instead

1x Codebreaker I 1x 10MN Afterburner II 1x PL-0 Shipment Probe (thought it would work on containers.. it doesn't.. changing out for another codebreaker) 1x Cap Recharger II

I thought the Sac only had two rigs slots? I fit EANMs out of laziness. Fitting mission specific hardeners will always create a better tank.

Yeah if anything I am finding it to be a fun ship. Sure other ships can beat it in many ways. At least it is useful now. My Sac has been collecting dust for a long time before the change.

Drake for pve
Sac for pvp.....
Sac can actualy hold targets down and pound the living crap out them, Drake can do the same with a tackler.....
The sac is much sexier then the drake and its on the way to a Damnation....

My bad, there are only two rig points. I forget that about the T2 ships. So your setup is pretty much what i would do, though i would consider a DCU II, it is slightly less on the armor resists than the EANM II but it avoids the stacking penalty so the difference is not as large as it appears and it makes up for it in the increase sheild buffer you will have and the massivly increased structure buffer you will have if things go astray... ______________________________________________

drones: 3 Hobos II
for longer range you can use javelins, not much of an issue I think because they go pretty far. setup fits perfectly, tanks like 500 dps, does about 300-380 dps (depending on range, javelins do less) and everything runs all day long + you can choose dmg type for specific rats/faction.

Swapping an Aux nano pump for a Nanobot Accelerator will improve your hp/s repaired - if your cap can handle it.
