Skipping the rest of the thread and making a serious post, you seem to be forgetting those corps out there that don't care about politics, or BoB, or the wars going on. Mine included.

Im in a alliance that has both goon/allies and bob/allies set to nuetral and we run a nbsi policy so we shoot both of em.
But in the past i was in a Pro BOB alliance and we had quite a bit to do with the wars they have fought and we never paid a single isk to BOB and neither did any of the alliances we fought alongside.
In fact for fighting alongside them we got 2 or 3 outposts all to ourselves and as far as im aware the guys i was with still hold them so apart from a few carebear corps/alliances in fountain or wherever who actualy pays BOB this rent you and others blather on about.
That 10-15% that BOB takes off the top when you refine something at the station is your Tax.

What part of outposts to ourselves dont you get bud they were our soverienty and the refine tax went to us they didnt even have a bob office in them.

Is BoB recruiting? 
Its hard for me personally to consider them outnumbered. They do have numerous Titans, and an endless supply of Carriers/Dreadnoughts/Motherships.
This is how their system works and how they actually have an advantage against the coalition.
BoB places atleast 1 alliance in each of their regions that is in charge of defending the region (rise-feyth, fix-Q, etc).
Every alliance that is holding a constellation pays an average of 6 billion a month just to rent that constellation and they also have restrictions slapped on them such as building stations and such. Aside from each corporations business ventures this rent money is deffinatly a factor in the replacement of their towers/capitals. Bob is able to just run around shooting the enemy with no worries about replacing any losses.
Maybe the coalition/anyone who wants bob destroyed should make a direct assault on Feyth... from 3 different fronts. Or.... Maybe since I'm a nobody what I say doesnt matter
*edit forgot to mention that corporations that wanna live in their space pay 300m a week to live in a system where bob sticks them.

WOW I now take the call to arms back, didnt know i would be smacked on for the post. And this is one character of three all training skills so i do not have a main and strickly alts so whats a guy to do? I really miss the old forums in the early days of eve now its all smack and no roleplay fun.
