Do you get more RO/day if you train the Engineering Skill to lv 5 ? Right now i'm working whit 5 lv4 ones and i was just whandering if it woud be a good investment .

I think connections 3 and negotiaitons 4 are the best way to in that respect. Someone crunched the numbers and found that conenctions only made a difference at minimum of level 3.
I'd be wary of training the research/encryption skills to level 5 though, as i have read that either or both may be bugged at level 5 with regards to invention (or some such).

yes, connections is a bit strange, negotiation is better, it adds 5 quality points pr level trained, connections only adds 1 point at rank 3 and 2 at rank 5. Each quality point adds a percent to RP/day.
The proper science skill raises the base RP before effective quality, in your current situation your agents generate 64 points a day, this you will raise to 81 points pr day by training the proper science to lvl 5, thats a nice 26% increase.

Is worth it training the advanced science to 5 if you are in it for the long haul.
The RPs per day is (skill level + agent level)^2 * agent effective quality as a percentage modifier.
Therefore definately worth training negotiations to level 5 since each level adds 5 to agent effective quality.
Connections has no effect, except to help increase your standings.
Very high standings will add 1-2 to agent effective quality.
in effect with with level 4 quality 16 agent (like Bummiri Nadaneh: Mech Eng. or Nanite)
with mech eng 4 and no negotiation training = 74,88 RPs/day
with mech eng 5 and negotiations 5 = 115,02 RPs/day

Now she however is right.
The reason behind this is that you cant improve your personal standings with an R&D agent so its effective quality stays at 0. Now Connections -skill will however influence that value giving you the results above.
