Fitting Ship will be used with tacklers ALWAYS and always will warp to 0km from target so i dont need MWD with that cap penalty and PG problems. Differences in this two setups are: bottom rig and PDU/adaptive nano. Top fit repairs 1040HP each cycle while bottom fit repairs 900HP. Is this 140hp more repaired and little higher cap recharge and capacity worth lower resists and 30mil more ISK?

And my setup should fit, until you prove me wrong i say it does Adaptive nano sorts out cpu problems, and its alittle tight on pg but the rig sorts it out nicely.
