We had our SQL server go to 100% CPU and were unable to determine a cause within SQL server to find out why. All running processes did not account for the CPU load. We will investigate what happened and fix it.

Unless it times out you can just wait until it finishes, that can take be a while in some cases though.

Im have been waiting 20 mins for login, im just left with "aquiring bulk data", no network activity...
but shows the server status is up
any ideas?
