Everlasting Vendetta Corporation.
At the forefront of EVE, Everlasting VendettaÆs success can be attributed to organization, vision and a commitment to maintaining an environment which promotes opportunity for the individual player. Our corporate model has been built around the idea that the corporation exists to serve the membership and we are looking for new members who are enthusiastic, team oriented, good natured, fun and interested in winning the game.
What we offer:
- Committed leadership and proven corporate models.
- A strong membership consisting of both European and American players.
- Up to 65 members logged in at any given time of day û there are always plenty of members on and playing!
- The opportunity to choose your own direction within the corp. We have wings for mining, NPC farming or PvP fighting.
- Opportunity for advancement if you are so inclined.
- Virtually every ship and module available in the game including 5 battleships.
What we ask:
- That you act in a professional and respectful manner.
- That you commit a minimum of 2 hours a week to the corp. This is accomplished by joining one of the many corp. events offered each week.

Good add, very encouraging.
I don't wnat to flame here - but the lark about Proffesional and Respectful manner. Some of your pilots hold it, but there are many that i encounter in PvP that have no respect and are quite insulting at times.
Perhaps you would like to address that with your own members - before demanding it from potential members.

Just an fyi, for those who may get the impression Everlasting is the only corp that picks and chooses, when to fight. I have been sitting in a sector for 5 hours watching CA forces log in and then out when they see they are not going to win.
Well if they know they are going to lose then I can't blame them. I am not talking about situations like that. It is hard for me to find an enemy that will even engage me unless they greatly outnumber me. I am not talking about your corp alone either, but the whole of SA. I have heard many other CA members complain of the same.
EV supposedly has a PvP wing. If these people would at least engage in an even fight, I would not be saying this. Why did 12 EV members let me sit outside their HQ station alone when at least 9 of them were docked there? When I posted the pictures of that before, nobody bothered responding. They flamed the whole thread and then ignored me when I posted that.

I think that thread tells a lot about EV. They like to try to put a spin on everything to make it look good for them. What's really funny is they like to start flaming contests and as you can see from that thread, they aren't very good at it.
BTW, I am a PvP'er. I will go into situations where the odds are not in my favor. I will try to have an escape method, but if it fails and I lose my ship, oh well. I wish more of your guys were the same.

Yea plz get more ppl in the corp and do some mining ops like in .4 and .1 so i can raid u more often.

Easy to get into but consider...
Untrustworthy (plotted to use pirates against own alliance), militarily inept (well known for its slaughter at the hands of OC) and dying (leadership leaving, members inactive, you will never get 60 online at once).

If you wanna be a part of this great corporation and help boil blood for just being us please enter the ever channel :) We have a journeyman phase that allows you to just try the corporation. Of course the CA is always gonna banter any post we put up, to that i refer to my quote above. Join us for yourself see what we're about if ya like us stick around :)

As someone who dosn't post here very often but reads this forum a lot I just want to say one quick thing:
War ingame is all well and good but I think that both alliances should lay off flaming each others recruitment posts, that's just plain nasty in my opinion. With all the flaming and all it really paints a bad reputation on EVE in general and all those involved in said flaming.
Okay that's it, back to flying my cruddy cruiser.

Why anyone that has a relatively well known corp would EVER post a recruitment thread in this forum is beyond me.

B quality of people will be rather low.

The obvious responce to this quote would be something about OC not undocking with battleships at all, only blackbirds and frigates...
Almost as good as when Lallante post "SAFESPOT SAFESPOT" to a SA member right after he's been hiding and logging at a safespot himself.
Or when they are 10 vs 1 in local and taunt me for hiding at a safespot just some minutes after one of them has been running to hide after I engaged him 1vs1.

You havent encountered OC in a while have you?
Lot's of OC battleships flying around.
That said. They (we) do the occasional frigate raid from time to time. Fun as hell.
You might have run in to those I guess.
Sorry for the continuing hijacking of your recruitment thread btw EV  I do think the war should be fought on tranquility and not in here so I apologise. Won't happen again.
