personally i think your starting bid might be a little too high. This character still has at minimum about 2-3 months until it can fly a dread properly.

maybe start at 2.5 and just set a hidden reserve, this is just a suggestion.

don't mean to be a downer mate but u are some what away from even being able to fly the basic dreadnaught.
i.e
u need the below
Advanced Weapon Upgrades - for siege module
Torpedoes V - for citadel torp launcher
Jump drive V
Jump drive calibration atleast IV
Jump Fuel Conservation atleast IV
Capital Shield operation
sorry to say you are miles away not to mention u have no skill books which cost a fortune
450 million isk just for the capital skill book and then another 100 mil for dreadnaught and also all the skill books for the capital components, citadel launcher etc.
but good luck with the sale..

Regardless of what may lack in dreadnaught training this char will be sold. Startbid is minimum and if no other bids then it will go for 2,5 bil
