Her dress was one of those deep red jobs with the neck line cut low, and sheer, very sheer, and she had those lacey kind of gloves that go up the arm and over the elbow, again a bead of sweat rolled across my forehead. "you have been very, very bad this past week" she said in the same creepy tone, it had the feel of a thousand angry souls that knew they we lost forever "my employer seems to like your work, so he wishes to do a bit more business with your alliance" I leaned forward in my chair and said "tell me lady, just who is your employer?" Her eyes darted to her right...looking at someone, as if to get an un-spoken answer then looked back into the camera. "they prefer to be called, we are one, we are many...and thats all you need to know for now, do we have a deal or not?" she was become slightly nasty in her tone. "Look sister I don't really care who you work for or want dead, as long as the money is right" With that, she sent a file, and the screen went blank. I ripped the printout off and looked at it Frege, Triumvirate, Venom, Curse, Free Trade Zone was all it said. Just then the screen flashed back on, it was her again. "we want results, and soon..." and the screen blacked out again. To be continued...

I really hope it galls you when I say that, most of the things I say are total crap. But when it comes to money they are the truth. Yes, we like it when people pay our war dec fees for us. I log on every day and have a mail from "concerns" that want to make sure that their allies don't get too comfortable if they are winning. I get mail from people that need their enemy distracted... just a little. I am convo'd by people who have more isk than they can possibly spend they simply want us to be a PITA against previous alliances that have wronged them, you name it. Why do I post so much? Even bad press is good press! Thats why. The more I do this the more people know they have a place to go that knows no bounds in what they will do. Empire is just fine and not the free ride it used to be for those we dec. We are not here to win anything, we are simply adding a bit of adventure to empire. We will never take an area and hold it, we will never gut an alliance by force of arms. But we will have fun, we will make money, and anyone who wants to join us can. Send in your spies, they come to find out clues about us and then decide they enjoy it and stay to gank with us. Hooch, lower than most

If they would want to come and kill you in 0.0 they wouldn't need a wardec, they could just come. But they want to disrupt logistics from empire or make it at least a bit more difficult. It might be not all glorious fleet battles or great pvp. But it does the job of making logistics at least a tiny bit more difficult. And I think every ship which is not at the front but protecting/scouting for haulers is already a win for the employer. Besides that: it works both ways! Empire based corps have now free empire pvp, I wouldn't call that a bad deal
