Tank Ceo was sitting outside 4 - 4 navy assembly in a raven with a security status of -9.9 blowing up concorde and taking pot shots at random other eve players.
The only concorde drones showing up were a few cruiser sized ici ones.
Tank was at this for quite a while, docked for a minute or so and then came out and started again and then after some more time I believe he docked and logged, not 100% sure tho.
This was not a case of him managing to tank overwhelming concorde for some short period of time.
This is the only screeny I took (yes, I know, it proves nothing, dont bother pointing that out).

I have 3 questions:
1) Can anyone else of the 450 people in jita local post something a bit more damning, countless people must have seen him and be thinking "wtf?!"
2) Is there a thread about this already? If so, direct me! 
3) Is this a known bug? Does this guy do this a lot? Does ccp know about it? Why hasnt something been done about it, the guy is flaunting a hack in the buisiest place in the galaxy!

Hes not aggressing anyone, or commiting a crime. The faction police are shooting him for being an outlaw, but not concord.
Faction police is tankable.

He was probebly destroying the faction police rather then concord. Though that would take one hell of a ship, Tank CEO could probebly manage that.

Faction police is tankable.
So shooting faction police will not attract concorde?
And if the faction police are hunting him down because he has -9.9 security status, can he dock at a station belonging to that same faction? (that doesnt make sense to me  )
I also saw him shoot at at least 3 different players in succession when the current supply of npc (police or concorde or whatever) drones had been destroyed... I guess he could have had a war with them but it seemed so random and so convenient (npc drones down for a bit, so start shooting players) that I just can't believe that...

Yes, you can dock as long as you de-aggro. I.e. not shoot anything in the last 30s.
Anyway, probably a few players took potshots at him, giving him rights to blow them up. Faction police is killable. In fact, thinking of it, might be a good way to actually make ISK by killing them for tags, as long as there's an industrial loaded with cap 800s ;)
Edit: didn't realise they don't drop tags. Ah, well. Bloody shame ;P

Nope,, shooting faction police (or NPC anything) does not result in a concordokkening. Its a common thing of mine to run down to Gallente space and open fire on the cops, before jumping back to caldari space.
Which is also why, in the past, I've been asking for CCP to boost Player vs NPC Cop combat in hi sec,, since CONCORD is who shows up to protect players.
Tired old tune, but I want my less than -5 standing to gallente to mean something, and while it should be tough, it shouldn't be wtfpwned "you're instadead in the water" stuff like the level of EW they have now is. I want the gate cops to actually drop something, even just military tags, and it'd be a tougher fight depending on how high the system sec is..
EDIT: Capt. Branko,, yeah, thats my idea. Point of fact is they don't drop anything except worthless mods or, if its a cargo ship, cheap tradegoods. Nothing worth the effort of tanking sentries for.

now i'm nub enough to not know who Tank CEO is, but i can tell you this: anyone who can park their raven right next to a giant marketplace, and have his victims come to him, without dying, is a bit of a legend.
most people have to go to low sec and put up a gate camp to do stuff like this, but not tank, he just parks himself next to the market hub of the universe, and starts pulling in loot and salvage.
tell me that makes him a loser again...

what is left out here is that a bit later, he returned fire on someone and got his raven owned cause he coudn't dock in time. then he began whining about petitioning it.
As for his ship, meh, it had some junk named cruise launchers and hardeners in the raven wreck which I looted.

While I'd fully support nerfing 0.5+ insurance pay outs for folks who die aggroed to Concord (to raise the minimum cargo value needed for Suicide ganking to be profitable). in THIS case the game functioned perfectly AND as intended.

IIRC, Tank CEO was one of the first players to hit the 10M skill points and he put them in the right skills. Now he must be still ahead in terms of SP so don't be surprised if he can do things others can't.

Well that amazes me too, with a -9.9 standing, even i(who can't EVER remember who i can shoot and not and where), would take a moment to check if i could take a chance
Tank is a bit of a known name, wax figurine of EVE definetaly. A legend? Well, that's always a bit iffy.
Now that i remember, and were talking about sec status, could someone remind me what negative sec status person can be shot in what sec status system?
So yeah, i have a problem with being serious, but it's the almost smallest problem i have. |

Character skillpoints isnt what matters... the guy has been playing the pvp part of Eve since 2003. I remember killing his Raven on the test server with a Typhoon back then. He took every opportunity to kill people in high sec even back in 2003. I believe he tanked the sentries and concord in the Amarr system with a scorpion with insane resists (before stacking nerf on hardeners, I believe).
The guy likes to push the envelope and see what is possible. He is a well known name in Eve.

It's not the same player. Tank CEO sold his character a long time ago.
Also I was under the impression the original Tank CEO was a swedish player, so I doubt he is the guy talking on that teamspeak recording to be honest. (unless he has a very good accent).

Usually I go to Jita in a blockade runner. I wouldn't fight a raven with it, even if I had the help of some faction cruisers.
I suppose most of the armed people around the station are suicide gankers, and they are waiting for prey, not for a figthing ship.

That video is ancient. 2 Years old at least. So the person currently tanking concord may/maynot be the original, the guy in the video almost certainly is.

Why, he'll just redock as soon as he feels he is in danger. (note this entire time he was siting right at the undocking point) and with his uba tank, you kinda need a big alpha strike to take him down, even if he has aggression.

Yeah I'd say people took pot shots at him and he killed them. Probably what he was planning too. You can dock at any station as long as you de aggro like people said.
CONCORD themselves have 'I Win' buttons equipped on all their lows. You can't do much against that.
What I'd like to know is how he managed to tank them while equipped enough ECCM to counter the jamming the faction police does. That's impressive.

Long time since I heard that name.
Yes he is a looser BUT, and this is the important part, he is playing the game as he sees fit, having fun within the game rules.
Back in the day I had a chat with some Zombies after I managed to get past their lowsec camp
(zombies were real *******s, good EvE pirate players in short and fun to chat with)
anyhow after talking about how they hated Stabbers as they often got through we spoke about a wide range of things in the end somehow landing on the name Tank CEO.
Aparently the Zombie guys, Tank and some others were playtesting Linnage II, naturally on teamspeak.
As far as I can recall a much higher lev player came to where Tank was farming and killed Tank's char and looted his expensive bow (in linnage some items would pop out of the body and be lootable).
Tank got royally upset at this and started whining his head off on TS about how people should not be allowed to simply run round and gank people at random...
The Zombie guys said they were all so flabbergausted not a single one managed to do anything for about 5 min of rant/whine, sadly this includede record it, and then all burst out laughing.
Its worth mentioning that at the time Tank CEO's main occupation in EvE was to gank newbies (ie not n00b's but real rookies in their rookie ships) 1 jump off Amarr in a then lowsec system.
Like the Zombies I really really wish for that TS whine to have been recorded :)
Anyhow, he plays the game, he plays within the rules, he has fun.
Thats all there is to it.

Zombies, who the heck are the "Zombies" The only people Tank played with in beta in L2 was m3g4 members such as Redblade, Techiezero, few others I can't seem to remember. His whine on TS was about his own clan member killing him, by accident, after he had been killed many time by other people.
By the way, thats Lineage 2, not eve.
