It was only after the intervention of several prominent forum figures doing the math on our group that we were finally awarded the right amount of points and progressed from the group. There were no two ways about it, you'd lost more ships getting your 2-2 record than we had, somehow that got covered in some fuzzy logic. And to that other guy, we didn't come into this tournament looking to make asses out of ourselves, GM Nova handed it to us. The faction ammo debate really has no place on this thread, or the arbitrary drone ruling, they just paint a picture of how loose this tournament is and how in a tight spot the small fry will get steamrolled. Do you have as much a problem at counting as the people that run the alliance tourneys. I fail to see your point. Watch the replay of our match; was there 3 Ravens present at the end of the match? Watch the replays of the last tourney. In what mathematical scheme, besides a black hole fiction, did you score more points than us. Anyway Say Booooo!!!. I hear group sex rules. LMAO. Next time try reading the post before you comment on it. I said NO ONE would be adverse to seeing a rematch. I also stated that the ruling last tournament, while quite a let down to those of us who hadn't looked at the math closely yet, was entirely fair and just. You are correct though in that you fail to see my point, you evidently also fail to understand english.

In the last tourney we let a BOB team member go back to a station because he forgot his drones and ammo so dont tell us we are bad sports please. The issue with the faction ammo and drones was not too good either. Was not very fortunate to bury the info deep in the forums and not update the first post. The real issues are: 1.Misinformation from a GM who told us to warp in at the same range. After we and MC are in the arena he tells us we could warp back out and warp in at different reanges. MC warps in to a different range now. Well ok mistakes happen. 2.MC Pilot crashed before the match and was let back in. 2 of our pilots crashed before the match and the match was started 30 secs after that before they could come back in. They were not let back in after that. 3. At least one MC Maulus warped back into the arena and was not transported out by a GM. Thanks do that our Eos was damped again. 4. Check our points. There were 2 Raven and one Maulus left from the MC team. so why do we have only 15 points and not 43? Could an official clarify please?

The primaries had been assigned ready for the countdown, then people lost connection and there was no time to change the strategy so chaos ensued. I am happy to say that our plan was not fulfilled in the least. MC may or may not have deserved the win thats not the point being made here. But to start on an equal playing ground is all we would ask. Our chance to win was scuppered not by tactics but by the reliability of a server and the misinformation of a Dev. I have no problem losing, we try and lose with grace and honour. But this match was lost before the countdown completed. And to be honest with you, this is my sig.

As for the 'fuzzy logic' you're claiming was used against you, if you truly think that you were mistreated talk to GM Nova about it instead of running to the forums and calling the Drama PoliceÖ. We have no hope for any reversals, rematches or reimbursement for that matter, we just want the GMs in charge to shape up and tell people what went down from our perspective. MC were supposed to loose 2x Maulus as well but apparently due to a GM mistake lost 1x Maulus and 1x Raven. Do you think the match would have gone any other way than it went, other than being over quicker, had the GMs not made mistakes?

MC : 3 Ravens 6 Mallus NR : Abad, Eos, 5 Mallus, 2 Anath, Rook Less than a minute before the match, Musician drops. GM's are advised that we have another Raven on standby to replace Musician if he doesn't return in 1 minute. Music returns, we get him in the gang, five second count down starts and 2 of the other team drop. GM continues counting and match begins. We had 1 mallus on the enemy rook. We had our 5 mallus paired up against their 5 mallus. Our Ravens fire on the enemy Rook and he dies instantly. Before the last missile lands, Musician disapears again. Apparently, the GMs removed him from the match since he also dropped earlier and now consider the odds even? Our remaining Ravens take turns finishing all the enemy frigates. Ravens switch to CN Cruise and pop the Eos and 'baddon. Guys, we fought the match with only 2/3's of our heavy firepower. If we'd had all three Ravens and you'd had your full compliment... All respect to Nebula Rasa, but looking at the respective sides, I agree, the match was over before it began. - THIS FLEET FOR RENT!
