Oh sorry  In case you missed the link below the sig: Follow the link where the text "Recruiting new members" is and you will find the website of corp. Ok, you then should be able follow the links and find the Code of Conduct page where all the info should be. If that's not enough you can email or evemail directly.
I confess, the text "Join" is a bit short to describe things but I though everyone can find the info themselves if just pointing the way where to find it 
PS. <sarcams>I might someday make a promo video and very large graphical add to draw attention.</sarcasm> This add was like "a small note on a narrow alley wall on the egde of a city"-thing. Ingame site also tells more than this "add", it's there to be found.
Sadly I don't know who is alt and who is not so no one is getting Director status unless I know him/her personally  That answers question?

Part II: And now with some facts to lure new members:
- We are roleplaying, not too much but in some degree.
- We are not pirates or like pirates, so we don't want any pirates, pirate wannabes etc.
- We are more or less peace loving, not typical carebear corp but don't fire the first shot and not actively seeking wars.
- Our current members are based roughly on GMT +2 areas.
- Our playing times are at about 20-02 GMT +2 on weekdays and on weekends more and earlier. It depends on operations and needs of members.
- We accept newbies (starting players) and experienced. You fly with your newb frigate? No problem, you are welcome here.
- You don't have to have millions of skill points either, be it less than 100k or more than 10M, it doesn't matter.
- We don't give battleships, cruisers or any other equipment when joining, we will help you to get those as a common goal,
in return we except you to do the same to other members.
- We are not currently affiliated with any existing Alliances.
- We are not in a war with anyone (at this point atleast).
- Currently our main operations are in small scaled mining operations (common ore, sometimes omber/kernite) so we are not
currently able to build battleships. Our ships consists of cruisers, frigates and industrial ships.
- In order to get more rarer ore we combine our forces with other corporations to jointly mine where we do not dare to venture ;)
- Oh, and we also do agent missions for other corporations, so you don't need to be hanging around with the members all the time...
