WTS Standard Blue Pill
Effect: 20% Increase to Shield Boost amount. These are especially good on capital and command ships and effectively let you add an extra shield boost amplifier for 1 hour at a time.
I have a bunch of these bad boys to sell.
Price:
7m per dose delivered to a place in high sec within reason (you will have to catch me online and that may be hard)
or
6m per dose if you setup WTB contracts in Taisy, Hakonen, Nalvula, or Obe and mail me so I can fill them.
As drugs are contraband I cannot actually contract them to you (although you can set WTB contracts). Thats why I have to do the pricing structure in the way I am.

ill take 5@6 depending on the region ill have to decide what alt to use to set up the wtb though it will be on an alt of mine

The systems I gave are all pretty close to Jita, which is part of why I chose them.

just a tip that may help ur business out you can move these with a shuttle through empire i did it yesterday with an alt in a shuttle and i went through 1.0 space and never got a single message.

I think you can move them in almost any ship as long as you are not trying to AFK it with autopilot. As long as you are warping to 0 at gates you are fine.

I understand that this is a confusing concept, but as indicated by the topic post, I cannot setup sales contracts for these items as they are contraband.
The options are either delivery near Jita which costs 7mil per dose. Or you flying a character to the Nalvula area and setting up a Want To Buy contract (preferably locked to me) and the price is 6 mil per unit.
