Im looking to fill my final character slot on my last account
 Must have:
- Armored Warfare V, Spec V
- Siege Warfare V, Spec V
- Skirmish Warfare V, Spec V
- Leadership V, Warfare link spec V
- Fleet command I+, Wing Command I+
- Caldari, Minmatar, Amarr Cruiser V
- All subsystems for Caldari Minmatar and Amarr at IV, with Defensive at V
- Cybernetics V
Ofcourse it needs decent (Level IV) support skills for fittings, including Mechanics, Engineering, Electronics and Navigation.
Im not interested in drone skills, gunnery skills, missiles or any other specs like HAC or interceptors, Logistics would be beneficial but not really important. please no hardcore mining, industry or trade skills 
Im trying (they havent logged in for 3 days but the toons skill finishes soon, so i hope they'll log in..) to contact a char atm who has what i want, at 39m SP. although that char has t2 medium projectiles, and can fly gallente T3 booster with lv5 skills aswell but its a very good char (so you can see i dont mind a little deviation from pure leadership toon, aslong as the skills i mentioned are PERFECT)
Money isn't an issue ofcourse
Please dont bother posting if you have command ships V etc, i want a T3 booster not a CS booster.
Also dont bother if you have over 40m SP (ideally you can get what i want at 25m sp, its just not going to happen unless i trained it myself or someone trained it who wants the same), no offense but i have already got high SP chars to do everything, im only looking for a boosting alt this time.

I would offer myself up but although I meet almost all of your required points (no minnie cruiser V) I also meet the requirements you listed for as negatives, or reasons not to post.

Thanks for your reply, i don't mind the other skills you have trained, even though you're doing CS V (i checked on EB), however i want min/amarr/cald T3 hulls with T2 links minimum.

That was one of the reqs he met, lol. Only 1 day left on that training too.
But no worries, was essentially a free bump for you. I doubt you would have paid what I would need to part with him anyway. |

Just been quoted 20b start (not even the reserve) on a 39-41m SP char that ticked all the boxes, it had logi, recon, hac, ceptors to IV aswell as s/m minmatar guns. I can still afford it but you'd catch me swimming the atlantic in a pink mankini before i invest 20b on an alt with 40m sp.
I didnt realise we could get a plex/1m sp for our toons these days?
