Character has a positive, yet minimum wallet balance, and sale will include a fitted Hulk, in safe space.
Character has a full set of +4 implants, and a few missile implants.

Okay... this has gotten a little complicated. Einstein MF was 1st to post buyout offer. After him and serenity000 chatted in game, he bowed out to serenity000's offer of 3.2 Billion.
Auction is officially closed. serenity000 has until Saturday to finalize details, and if not, then Einstein MF will win the auction for 3 Billion on Sunday.
This was Einstein's choice, not mine. I was willing to close auction for the original buyout post. He's a nicer person than me
