tes, standard implants will have bps, i think a few are out already, a few people are advertising +4

+4 implants come from some special missions ;/
But I've heard nothing about BPs for them, and you's think someone would just have to make some noise if they got a BP that good

To all the noobs out there, unless u somehoe have the skill "revirse eneginering" (my spelling is **** i know  ) then there will not, thats WILL NOT be a blueprint for implants. All implants come from agent missions and at that, a lv 3 agent. The closeist u can get to mass production of the implants was to chian the pirate that dropped it, but CCP have called that an exploit so no more of that.

if reverse engineering really was in and worked I wouldnŠt bother with Implants - Harvester Mining Drones come to my mind ...
