I BOught a Ship and i didnt get it when i bought it directly sow i w8ted
now its 24 Hours and more passed
and it shows ship expired and i lost my 800.000 ISK thats the same with some skills i bought
what to do ??

Check your "assets" tab. Im guessing you did buy the ship but it isnt in your station. You need to fly to the correct station to collect your ship.

i checked all out
No where
i went to my orders
it says its expired
>.< and also last money and dont got a ship

When you tried to buy the ship, did you go to market sell orders and buy an existing one, or did you set up a new buy order?
If you setup a buy order, you won't actually get the item immediately - you need to wait until someone sells it to you. Also, the money will be taken out of your account and assigned to the order. If the order expires, you'll be given the money back automatically (minus a station fee).
If you buy from an existing sell order, it will take your money and deposit the item in your hangar in the station that the item is being sold in (which may not be the station you're sitting in currently)

In order to cancel an order you first need to be within its modification range. If you haven't trained up trading skills that means you must be at the precise station where you issued the buy order. Then open your wallet and go to the orders tab. There should now be a right click menu option to cancel the order. This will refund the money put in the order itself. The broker's fee you paid for setting up the order is gone for good though.

cause i tryed on his account and it said
Payment handler failed to validate payment
