Mercenary Services has declared war on Advanced Logistics.
After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
For some reason Mercenary Services did not announce this themselves. I guess they might be a little embarrassed that the only contract they can get is against a 2 man empire logistics operation.

Well, you see. The only people we have killed in low-sec recently are:
ADVL has only been involved in two low-sec clashes in the last two weeks, they are:
1. Drake, Scorpion and Thrasher that tried to bait us in Amammake. They failed, resulting in the Scorpion self destructing, Thrasher dieing and the Drake running away. All of these pilots are newbies, and seemed relatively poor (ISK wise).
2. The collection of NPC character Battleships that usually live and run missions together in Frarn all day, except of course when they go to Auga to shoot neutrals at the gate with a large turtle tank with remote shield transfers. When my man Dyphos saw this group gang warp back to the station he scrambled and killed a straggler, in his Taranis with the help of sentries.
So. Who do I think hired you? Is it the guys who could barely afford to out-fit their ships in Amammake, or the mysterious 10 man NPC-corp battleship group that runs missions almost all day together, all with 5.0 security status?
So, not only is your Mercenary Service not good enough to take on companies with more firepower than a simple logistics company, the only person who is stupid enough to hire you are without a doubt, macro mission farmers.

It's fitted with w1n.
Also, under advice of Awox we have all agreed to fly nothing but interceptors and assault frigates this entire week, and possibly other nimble ships which are uncatchable in empire.
We will still be completing small contracts. We will still be making ISK. I would like to point out the declaration of war probably cost 100m ISK as someone declared war on us before M-5 did and that Eos loss could easily have costed as much as 100m ISK. You're behind 200m ISK already and the war hasn't even started yet.
Oh, and just so you don't have to look it up. It was a french corporation, probably unrelated that declared war on us. They are now hiding and will probably retract the war soon, go figure. 
Edit: It only took 5 minutes for Awox to kill you, we both think that's pretty good considering you were running a cap injected tech II tank on a command ship no less.

They came after my last corp, said that they had a contract which was a complete lie, and the mercs we hired to save our orbital assets came through.
Like any other empire war, watch local, communicate, and keep a cool head and you'll sail out fine with little loss.

We never claimed to be the "Big and bad" title. We a mercs who are new so of-coarse we will get smacked down on the forums and people just talking badly about us. But it does not affect us for we still are growing and still taking contracts. Lossing ships is bad but hey it happens. We learned the lesson not to 1v1 b/c they dishonor them, oh well. But why would you tell us you will be flying those ships for the next week. Now we could just match the ships and still get you. Just hope you dont smack in local like 505 did.

Read the chatlogs Sir, tell me where Awox agreed to or offered a 1v1. He tricked you into engaging without actually entering into any kind of agreement.

Another update for those interested (I'm sure there's at least 2 people interested in this)
"fathitman" offered me a 1v1, his megathron vs my sleipnir. I told him I would be able to defeat him in the hurricane, so the match was set.
Outside Rens BTT for all to see we went at it, unfortunately I was unable to bump him off the station as I wanted to keep transversal and my signature low.
Better dock up, wouldn't want to die to a tech I battlecruiser.

Wrong end? I proved you couldn't beat my Hurricane in a 1v1 didn't I? I would say that makes me the winner, especially if that's all I set out to do.
If you had any clue about PvP you would have waited for my drones to fail, and then kill them yourself, leaving my ship without any EWar that could effect you. It would have been a long shot, but it was possible. But no, you instead dock in 80% armour. Wuss.

Okay, two hours after the war went live I am pleased to report a ADVL have killed 1 battleship, 3 battlecruisers and an interceptor (which dropped a faction web) taking no losses.
Unfortunately a Megathron and Eos made it back to the dock, the Megathron docking as his buddies were dieing and the Eos docking as it hit structure.

Awesome. I look forward to having someone to assist me when these guys undock their entire alliance at the same time, although I am still not entirely convinced that would be a scary thing.
Currently most M-5 pilots are logged off and the only one on-line will not undock. I thought Mercenaries were suppose to camp the undock point?
Edit: The Megathron died at a later point, I think one of his newbie can flagging attempts back-fired.

I kicked the last one in the junk a few minutes ago, there are no more red stars in Rens local. Please Mercenary Services, don't stop now. This was only getting interesting.
Oh, the engagement with the last guy from M-5 I will be seeing today went something like this:
William is camping undock in Vengeance when a M-5 Vagabond undocks and William quicky webs & scrams it before he can activate his MWD. I warp in my Tempest and blow it the hell away with my howitzers, he actually managed to put the Vengeance to 50% structure before dieing: 
Now, that wasn't enough punishment for this highly resourceful merc. It looks like he had a spare Vagabond in the station. But I am heading to my station for some kip. I leave William behind to patrol the undock point. Just as dock in my station William reports the pilot is back with a new Vagabond, but has broken 10km and is in orbit. I undock the Rapier and warp to William.
I was kind of hoping for a hat-trick, but the pilot logged off after that.

Tbh, with Goon, Awox and his merry men, and well, just with Rens911 tbh, yr never gonna win.
The sheer professionalism and organisation of Rens 911 alone, you will never win EVEN if you outnumber them by many.
But then, we know, unless you DO outnumber, you wont undock.
You might as well refund yr "clients" contract money and go back to yr little mission running systems!
