My favorite was Chowdown's when he warped to the motel in O-2 and DD a raven and cruiser at it. What he didnt know was that there was 4-6 of his friends cloacked at the station as well. I gave the loot from the Stealh bombers to pay for our frienly losses and then some.

Most ironic,
Enslaver's first DD, destroying the 250 man RSF fleet followed by a thread on eve-o with every LV member posting "BOOM HEADSHOT", then on the 10th or so page, a goon saying "we took the system anyway". Marked the beginning of the end for LV.
Most destructive would probably be Shrike somewhere against ASCN or Goons.
Most useless would be Cyv0k's, although D2's use of Wotakn or the next one wasn't far ahead.

My personal favorite came when MC was getting sick of the FLA Bamboo Stick Brigade in Deklein, and Orange Species and Shrike started popping by O-2 in their titans.
I undocked from station in my buzzard, having been told it was clear, and it took me a minute to figure out what the hell i was bumping into... I thought the game had wigged and undocked me from the wrong part of the station.
I figured out what it was, and so I warped off just as the DD went off, and watched my little frig ride the wave straight out of the screen like the end of the 5th Element. I actually felt like Bruce Willis for a few seconds.
Then I realized I was playing a space game on my computer.
But for a few seconds there, Eve totally paid for itself.

Dunno about the best one, but by far the most amusing (and first I had ever seen) was with a roaming IAC drunken frigswarm one quiet Sunday afternoon.. I dunno how much those things cost to fire but Shrike unloaded on us killing all of 5 frigs tops. Was kinda like poking the grim reaper with a stick and running away giggling.

When Shrike jumped into WY-9LL in fountain to DD a Raven and a Caracal, only to have wraith the mighty carrier killer undock with his legion of Ravens and force him to jump out.
He was just lucky I was afk, or he would of been in serious trouble...

I think you will find Chowdown's DDD of the ka-tet/friends fleet at the Fatal outpost siege was the most destructive. From memory he killed over 250 ships and most of them were BS.
It was completely unexpected and caught them napping :)

L-C after we finished eating a D2 Special.
We knew D2 had a spy on our TS so as normal Carrier/Mom's hold the field while dreads clear the field then on comms Waagaa says "How many did you get Chow?", Chow responds "Only a few battlecruisers and lights". Then all of a sudden the D2 fleet warps in we are told to hold fighters and drones even though they have tacklers on us. I'm itching to drop my drones as I have a tackler webed/scramed/nosed then the screen goes pure white and everyone is like WTF? There is a new Titan of something? Then you hear Sel come on comm's "Everyone say hello to our D2 spy". After that the spying seemed to stop
Next best time was not a DD but having Chow staying logged in L-C and holding the Sparta 70 man support fleet from helping out their capitals who tried to gank us is after eating a D2 special in C4C :)

Yep lost my scorp to Chow.
It survived about 10 primaries those 2 days at Y-M and they had to bring Chow to kill it :-)
It was totaly unexpected though.
And destructive too :-)

yeah orange species dd'ing mc was hilarious were sitting there in dreads with this huge mc carrier/mom and support fleet right next to us and im thinking uh-oh
then our support fleet warps in starts to engage and line up for warp out then all of a sudden orange shows up starts his dd rolling d2 support starts warping out and im sitting there saying " why the **** is mc just sitting there ?" boom
then our support warped back in and .... well yeah it was a good night
