...founded Asgard Schiffswerften on 2003/09/05 only to leave it 6 weeks later. He was never seen again.
If the good Johan only knew what he had done 
First under a loose management and a more freelancer style approach we slowly began to take shape, taking our first steps into 0.0 with the real Phoenix Alliance, back in the day when the Great Northern War still raged and corps such as Oberon Inc, Cataclysm Enterprises, Rona-KIA or North Star Networks were still part of it, times goes by the Great Northern War ended and still thirsty for fights we looked at our options and contacted our friends from Cataclysm Enterprises who were a part of a new alliance named "G" by their enemies, we joined their ranks under the condition that were turned from our freelance system to communism, a risk we were willing to take.
Over time ASW became one of the driving forces within G, we took part in the second Dreadnought kill (I still have your corpse Logrus) and were the first to ever capture a player build station, a Minmatar Refinery Outpost in 16P-PX - Esoteria previously owned by Oberon Inc.
The Dusk of G came at the Dawn of something new, which showed promise at first but sadly wasn't able to stand the test of time.
So where are we now ? We're one of the few corps that have build a titan, we own a useless station in EC-P8R and most importantly we're evoking our passions, with our partners Moon7emplers and Tri Optimum we will commit all kinds of senselessness that comes to our minds.
Thanks to all involved, to Johan for providing the house we live in for years to come!

Happy Birthday!
Its a pleasure and so far the best ingame-experience i can imagine.
This corp allowed me to see almost all what eve can provide, from Carebearism, smallscale PvP up to the finest endgame content.
