No, I need URL for paying ISK to your for GTC. r0b0m1ner disabled.
I can't get eve e-mail from ingame. Overview say, that I can activate acc.
from EVE site, but I don't see any possibilities. May be I need old payment method?

Q) What if my account is expired? I can't get in-game to check my EVE Mail!
A)The EVE Mail only notifies you that an offer has been made. You will always be able to login to your account management page whether your account has expired or not. Thus, if you arrange through the forums to purchase a GTC for a character, and the seller says "I have sent you the GTC" - at this point you log into the secure site and accept the GTC, no need for in game action whatsoever!
Login in your acc and go in account services

But in this page (Account Services) I see only "Securely Sell EVE Time Code" and have answer
"ERROR: Only active accounts can sell ETC Codes"
What can I do to accept your invitation?

sorry dont know, try to check another acc managment pages
from faq:
the buyer needs to do is log into the account management page and accept the trade. It should be listed under, "Common Tasks.
