CCP has to put a cap on this lag immediatly, or atleast have their logs be able to tell when someone loses a ship to lag. I didn't lose my ship, but I was so closed to it(armor 12% hull 14%) that I almost wet myself. And this was only with about 20 people in system and about 5 people around me. It took me about 50 seconds to jump. And it said autopilot jumping 3 or 4 times. And if the lag is that bad with only 20 people I shudder to think how bad it must be now with 50 or 60 people in system. Seriously CCP get with it i probably would have left eve if I lost my ship again to lag and ccp did nothing about it. |

I have NO problem losing my ship for a legit reason. But not cause there are too many people in a system. |

At least you go something to blame. I've lost 200 million ISK in the last week due to colossally unlikely coincidences working against me.

From what I've observed from alot of MMOGs is that loosing anytihng or dying due to lag is something the game company never will reimburse for as they have no way of proving if it was your doing or thier doing or someone in-between.
That is the very reason your characters stay in space for a few minutes after you log off in space, they cannot make you instantly dissapear once connection to the server is cut, as it could be caused by you unplugging your modem.
Stop looking right away at the game company for the cause of lag, there are plenty of servers you bump into on the way to their server. Also don't forget the times when many internet viruses or worms are going about causing lag in the lines themselves.
