Just for fun I decided to check if this was possible, and it seems to be
now the question is, why would you? DPS would be pretty awful.
any thoughts?

7x T2 Rcu = 266% (*2.66)
2x T2 Pg rig = 32.25% (*1.3225) (stupid but theoretically possible)
1x T1 Pg rig = 10% (*1.1)
=~101578 pg
Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5 -10% (*0.9)
Citadel Launcher (cheapest pg capital turret): 100,000 pg
=~90,000 pg
Id say its theoretically possible

Apocalypse Navy Issue can fit a Citadel Torp or a XL blaster if you use a 3% PG implant.
Abbadon can fit a Catidel Torp pretty cheap.
7x RCU T2
2x T2 PG rig.
AWU lvl 4 only

You would only wanna do it for the laugh of seeing a BS with such a huge gun in so a turret is only cool imo.
Whats the 3% powergrid implant?

even if you can, it won't be any good. its like puttin glarge turrets in a cruiser, would do good damage once in a while but would not be better than using med weapons.
