Devin Beck Caldari Sanctuary	Posted - 2007.09.07 18:07:00 - [1] Meet Sanctuary *Build business, make money, take Sanctuary* First, let me say we are very appreciative that you chose Sanctuary from among the hundreds of corporations within EVE to take a look at joining. We think we have a lot to offer and are always looking for candidates who have a lot to offer as well. Mostly a willingness to work in a group, as a group, toward the common good of the corporation. Sanctuary is a growing Empire-based manufacturing and production corporation that builds and delivers a variety of ship chassis, Tech II equipment, and Capital ships. We have strong Exploration, Research, Mining and Invention operations as well. Generally, we support active and casual players in a relaxed, but organized collaborative atmosphere. Sanctuary has existed since EVE began and has traveled to 0.0 space and back. We now stick mainly to high security space for ease of operations. Many of SanctuaryÆs members have been with the corporation since its inception and are a close knit group of veterans who are more than willing to share their experience in manufacturing, research, mission running, POS management, and so much more with new recruits. The model Build a strong company, and get paid for what you do We operate a modified socialist economic model. The majority of SanctuaryÆs income comes from the sales of ships and equipment through contracts or market sales, the profits from which go directly to the corporationÆs coffers. At this point the money is reinvested corporate projects, and paying for the needs of our members in skills, ships, and equipment. The time that our members contribute to Sanctuary has value and we believe they should be awarded for it. So a percentage of SanctuaryÆs profits are set aside and awarded to those who complete corporate assignments and/or participate in corporate events. Members also make money through their completion of specialized tasks needed to meet out contractual obligations. But Sanctuary can offer far more than to fill your wallet. What we offer Blueprint library û A diverse blueprint library that is a great resource for any builder. Experience - Years' worth of EVE game experience and access to our online user guides. Project Profit-Sharing û Get rewarded for the contributions you make to the corporation and the projects you participate in. Task-based participation û Our efficient task based structure allows you to devote the amount of time you like to the corporation, perfect for both the casual or dedicated EVE player. Discounts û If we make it, it's easier to share it. Discounts on T2 ships and modules. Professionals û Must be respectful of others, in and out of the corporation. Able collaborators û The efforts and needs of many surpass those of the few. Clean criminal records û We keep company with ethical businesspeople and don't accept players with a history of corporate theft or scamming. Our clients hold us in high respect because of the hard work to earn that respect. We will protect it at all costs. Members will not be given access to anything that could cripple the corporation. Age of majority û Players must be 18+, and characters must be older than 30 days. Plugged in û Capable of using voice coms. Overall we seek players who are team oriented, who understand that we as a matter of simple fact are stronger as a whole than as individuals. We are looking for recruits with a sense of duty to their fellow pilots, players who can respect the boundaries of friends and allies, who are always willing to answer the call. These same individuals will dream of a bigger, better, and brighter future for not only themselves but for their compatriots and their corporation and are willing to aid in building that future. We seek to share our knowledge, our ambition, and our desire to explore the full potential of the EVE universe. Available positions Miners: Sanctuary will buy ALL of your minerals from you at close to market price. Essentially, you mine to your heart's content, put the minerals up on contract to the corp, and the corp will claim the minerals as soon as possible, meaning you get full payment at a decent price for whatever you mine. Freighter Pilots: Get paid for your time in helping us deliver Sanctuary's goods to the edges of Empire space. Become one of our able and trustworthy freighter pilots. Manufacturers: Through our ingame website, youÆll be paid for the items you build. Our project managers submit build requests and you simply accept the ones that you have time to complete. Once the manufactured goods are sold you will be provided a percentage of the profits from the sales of the goods you build. Project managers: If youÆre good at organizing people or you have a business concept you want to try out, you may be interested in joining us as a project manager. Sanctuary will help you fund your venture and set up its infrastructure. Salvagers: In preparation for our expansion into this field we are looking for salvagers interested in leading the way for Sanctuary in Rig manufacturing. Researchers: With the emerging invention profession, we are interested in recruiting individuals who have a high interest in R&D. You would be paid for the components you find and the locations discovered. Should your discoveries be valuable enough, you may even be given an ongoing percentage of the profits netted from your discoveries. Mission Runners: Team up with other corp members to run either COSMOS or normal faction based missions. All your ammo and equipment needs would be covered by the corporation. OKAY, IÆM CONVINCED! HOW DO I APPLY? The process is quite easy and here are a few actions to take to start the application process: If you have not already done so, Join the Sanct û Public ingame channel. And do not be shy. Talk to those in the channel. Many are Sanctuary members and you will usually quite soon find a Recruiter. Register on our corporate Forums. Then make a post telling us a bit about yourself. Mention when you will be on and in the Sanct û Public ingame channel so our Recruiters can be on the lookout for you. It has been and continues to be an excellent place to call home. We have run and do so quite regularly, organised and profitable mining operations, there is a burgeoning group of mission runners trying to find a place in the world to call ours, and the manufacturing base of Sanctuary just continues to grow and grow - a boon for wanna-be Henry Fords in this game :) As SA says, we are on the look out for players from all TimeZones, however PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of all that is holy, if you are of a "carebearish" nature and from an EU Timezone jump into our channel and say hi - I am usually floating around in it. While I cannot give definite answers to questions you may have about Sanctuary, I can at least try and convince you this corp is the right corp :) ------- Sanctuary

Grimm Bannox	Posted - 2007.11.30 23:39:00 - [53] Hi there Sanctuary folk! I have just returned to EVE after quite a hiatus and I'm looking for a friendly Empire corp to hang my hat with. I'm a student and my schedule can be erratic at times so Sanctuary sounds like the place for me. I've got two characters. Both are around 14mil SP atm. One specializes in mining (flies a hulk, gets 1500m3 per laser unbuffed.) and R&D (pretty new at that, but has 2mil SP in Science and has 28 Int). The other is a hauler (Itty V with 29k m3) and builder (Prod Eff at V) and mining leader (Foreman at V, Director at IV) and is working on his barge skills. Thinking about working towards Rorqual pilot. Feel free to give me a shout, I'd love to talk more :D
