Welcome to the Diamonds In The Rough Recruitment Thread!

Who We Are: We are an expansive new corporation, based both in Empire and 0.0 space. We are an internationally based membership, in that we do not focus on any one particular time zone, but rather look to expand our background around the world. We hold membership of all classes, expertise and backgrounds. Some members have experience and connections to 0.0 and alliances. We are not "Anti-Pirate", but we thrive on Honor, Honesty & Integrity.
We are a unique organization, in that we are not structured the same as most corporations in the Eve Online community. Want to more on this, you will need to contact us ;)
What We Do: We are a "Jack-of-All-Trades" type of corporation. We have professions of all types including Mining, Manufacturing, PvP, Ratting, Trade, and more. We have a focus on Manufacturing and Trade for profitability and the ability to provide for its membership. We have an equal or greater focus on PvP as well, for a little fun from time to time. It's what Eve is all about ;)
Where We Are Going: Our goals are simple. Create an Organization that stands out among the many. One goal of the CEO is to achieve membership of 350, and maintain a strong network of manufacturing, and combat divisions for which to defend our territory and its membership.
We aim to become a member backbone to the alliance we will be joining soon, helping to improve its environment and persuasiveness.
0.0 space is more profitable for pilots: miners, ratters, and PvPers alike. It offers many more freedoms than Empire space can offer. Our mainstay will be in 0.0 space, but we will hold operations within Empire space as well for new members who are less experienced than others so that they may learn the ropes of the Eve Universe and beyond.
What We Look For: We are looking for members, experienced, and inexperienced, who play a role of Integrity, Honesty and Honor. We are open to training newer pilots to Eve Online, but we are always accepting application from veteran pilots all the same. Everyone is an asset in some way. No Soldier Left Behind.
Currently we are looking for pilots of all races, professions, backgrounds and expertise. If you feel this may be for you, come meet some of us and see for yourself!
What We Offer:
We offer training to those who need it. We have Ship and Equipment replacement programs to those who wish to participate. We offer a strong and lasting friendship! General access to blueprints available. We also have special officer positions to those few dedicated to service! Much more based on pilots and alliance, and more!

We are ever growing, so giving a number here would be inaccurate. While we have the goal of being truly international, meaning all timezones, we don't have a strong contingent in your TZ.
Also, while I am unable to recommend any particular corp, there are a number of organizations which carry a larger base within your time which would likely better serve you. Not saying that we would not be a great corp for you, because I just don't know that. Just giving you an honest answer, as you are looking for a strong player base in your area.

Due to technical difficulties, and time contraints, we had to take a short notice of leave for recruitment, however we are back to full strength and re-opened for recruitment!
