OK,
Im really getting to hate these billboards, yes the concord ones...
WHY don't you (CCP) MOVE them to ABOVE/BELOW the gates instead of on the same vertical plane ships approach from??
I can't tell you how many times I (and others Ive heard, cuss these "blocks" in local because they happen to line up with gate-to-gate paths.
Nothing like seeing rats in local and having to manuvere a indy with 5 xpanders around some piece of space junk to get to gate.. 
Can we pls have an amen?

LOL, you make a good point. But consider that first and foremost they were placed so they would be seen. Putting them on the far side of the gate wouldn't really help that. True, we have the Look at feature but we didn't when they were placed. Not to mention that you could be approaching the gate from a lot of different angles depending from where in the system you came from :-)
Don't get me wrong, I do feel your pain though :-(

I think anywhere on the sides is wrong. I was suggesting above or below.
"Most all" approaches ive done to gates comes from a basic horizontal plane. Id just like to see them not in line with any other gates in system....

I suggest making billboards 20 times bigger. And make them holographic, so ships can fly thru. Just have 1 small collidable projector at the corner.
