9 days and still no answer, do we have to wait for weeks now to get our problems solved? Hire more Gm's perhaps if its so overloaded, this is the first time i have to wait for so long, in fact i never waited longer than a day and thus had much respect for CCP because of it and how they treat their customers, 2-3 days is fine, but 9 is ridiculous, pleae dont become like other crappy game companies, you will rapidly lose respect and lose a chunk of your player base. |

lol already happened, they ****** up, lost a ton of subs and had to fire 20% or something.

first off... loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool anzac.
Now then, on to business. The petition system has a lot of things at play in it. If you have sent a few petitions before that they were not able to fufill (ships lost due to desynch and the logs show nothing kind of BS) the more likely you are to be put on their black list. YES CCP does have a blacklist, you can create two petitions of the same thing on two separate people and always the noob character will get a faster response than the guy with a history of petitions.
It would appear that after so much help, CCP starts to put people on a low priority list which can end up taking days or weeks to get a response. During the billing error issue with character transfers, they never even responded even after two weeks. Not to mention billing is one of the expedite petition groups next to "Stuck" due to them wanting to grub as much money as possible being a business :P |

Probably on the same 2 month vacation that all of CCP is on after the 6 weeks of work that went into Crucible. |
