Before anything else is said I need to congratulate Pandemic Legion on a well fought battle and good win. They did nothing wrong, they fought their fight and it paid off for them.
Now for the tin foil hat stuff.
Prior to the fight there was a very long delay between 1 and GO, during that time at least 1/2 of my team was locked by the other team. I should not have been a big deal if CCP did what they were supposed to and that is to set off an ECM burst to start the fight, that did not happen.
When go was given most of us were jammed instantly, and it took a while to over come the EW battle since 1/2 of us were already jammed. By the time that happened their heavy hitters were on top of our counter and the fight was lost.
Our proof is a GM admitting to us in gang chat that the ECM burst button was missclicked, and there are NO ECM bursts on our kill mails while all the others did have ECM bursts.
Again GF, unfortunately it was not as advertised.

We experienced something of the same against CI, but wtf, its a game. Better luck next time. All in all, I would call it slow reaction time.

Given the locking time of stealth bombers vs. HACS and frigates, how much time would that have actually bought you? Five seconds? You also had time to send all of your drones against a single target on the other side, so apparently it took them some time to get those dampeners on you anyway.

was the bombers sensor boosting??
the caracals was sensorboosting so they got good lock time.

and since the maulus & the 2 SB we had was insta jammed it would have made a huge diffrence

Satan clearly stated that Pandemic did nothing wrong. Lock time is irrelevant if the other team already has you locked as well.
And since there was no cloaks, the stealth bombers have excellent scan res. Just a couple points.

Firstly respect to you guys, you bought an awesome fight.
I wasnt in the aena so cannot comment on what happened, but I can echo mazz's comments.
Snigg as a corp is not CCP's favourite corp, not by a long way, and pandemic legion by default is perhaps the last alliance (well maybe 2nd last after Goons) who would get a break by the GM's.
If a error was made .. ( and I really dont know if one was) looking at the tanking of the EOS's I truly belive that the result would have been the same.
But saying all that i may just be a little biased

you might be correct and i dont say you guys did anything wrong since normally lock would be broken by ccp before the fight.the problem here is that ccp has forgot to do a big part of the fight (ecm burst) because theire employees are drunk ..

Please do not take this the wrong way, we are not claiming anything other than the GM's let us down. PL did lock prior to the fight but such is life if the GM had done his job and set off the ECM burst then great all would have been fair.
It unfortunately wasn't a fair fight because the GM's failed. I would ask any of the Pandemic Legion to check their kill mails there were 10 of us that you killed and see for themselves GM Nova was not on any of the killmails yet in all other matches he was.
Regardless though great fight Snigg and see you next time 
It was a blast.

Then in fairness and in the spirit of good play why not replay the match. Just have the rules followed to the letter and let the best team win without cloud of favouritism. This would seem to be the easiest solution would it not? especially in the light of an admitted mistake by the gm's.

It was a blast.
I wasnt there, but i suspect that the FC had called targets and the guys were spamming the target button during the count down knowing the burst will break the lock.. but being "on the button" so to speak.
that said as above once the command ships got amongst your group I thnk you were screwed TBH,
