I have played Eve for a while and tried most things, but I have settled on manufacturing as a career as this is something I enjoy, but manufacturing to just make money is dull and I want to help others. Therefore, I decided to start up my own corp and help players out, particularly newer ones as I have seen many corps that exploit new players, by getting them to mine, mine, mine, with no help or training, while senior corp members do the fun things and we all know that unless Eve retains new players then it will ultimately fail and mining for months on end is soul destroying.
At the moment I am in the planning stage so I have not recruited other players yet as I want to make sure that being in this democratic corp is an enjoyable experience for all, not just a few and that people get out what they put in. (So any suggestions here on strategies used by successful corps will be happily received) I am also looking for 3 people who will help run the corp in its early stages (A specialist miner/refiner, A combat specialist and a diplomat/leader) so if you are interested then please let me know.
I also want to make sure that I have a firm manufacturing base to help equip new players and to this end, I am looking for donations or relatively low cost sales of BPOÆs, BPCÆs and any equipment and ISK particularly from players leaving the game who want to make sure that their gear is being used for the good of the Eve new player community. (I currently have some BPOÆs, which I will be investing in the corp as well as all my own cash!)

Josh,
All help gratefully received so keep it coming and I will do an update of what resources I have gained from generous corps and individuals on Sunday/Monday. I also need people to help me run the corp. Drop me an Eve Mail if interested.

Very true....
Just one question,....why does every thread get a troll. Sweetcheeks, this is going to cost of a lot of time and effort not just ISK. If you wish to be constructive then be my guest. I am personally selling nearly all my current gear so that I can buy the right stuff for the New people.
I esepcially need advice so if you have some then Eve Mail me

Thanks Everyone for your replies. I have at least mailed everyone in game, but I cannot find any items on Escrow that people have placed there...is Escrow bugged atm?
I still need 3 fellow directors so anyone interested should contact me, also if there is a rep from Tyrell corp who can contact me in game that would be much appreciated.

Well like most things in this game you can't guarantee anything 100%. However, setting up something like this takes a LOT of time and effort and if I was doing this to scam ISK, I would be better off indulging in a spot of hangar theft.
So far I have set up the corp (check my details in game) and I am just working on organisation. Unfortunately I am trying to recruit senior members but have not had much response. I need 3 people as per my original post.
